摘要: This invention provides an ELISA detection kit and method for IgA antibody against Porcine rotavirus group A, belonging to the field of animal husbandry detection technology. The ELISA detection method of this invention utilizes popular PoRV variant strains as parental strains to successfully express recombinant VP6 fusion protein in vitro. Subsequently, the VP6 fusion protein was used as an antigen to be coated onto enzyme-labeled plate to establish a novel ELISA detection method. The method provided by this invention possesses strong sensitivity, high specificity, robust stability, good reproducibility, and ease of preparation, and holds important clinical practical significance for the diagnosis, prevention and control of PoRV.

摘要: The present invention relates to an ultrasensitive rapid antigen detection kit for detecting N protein from SARS-CoV-2 virus in a sample, and methods for detecting N protein. The kit includes a sample collector, a collection and enrichment tube and a rapid antigen detection component with a test strip. The collection and enrichment tube contains a first part containing lyophilized ATPS reagents and a second part containing a lysis buffer. The sample is mixed with the lyophilized ATPS reagents and the lysis buffer to form a mixture. The enrichment is realized by concentrating the target analyte into one of the two phases formed by ATPS.

摘要: The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine. The invention provides an immunogenic composition, comprising a hemagglutinin protein of avian influenza virus H5 subtype. Also provided is a method of differentiating animals naturally infected with AIV from animals vaccinated with the immunogenic composition of the invention. The immunogenic composition of the invention can provide a broader, more effective, long-lasting and early onset protection on poultry.

摘要: Provided herein are high-throughput, population-wide serotyping and antibody profiling assays. Disclosed variants of a Digital Serotyping assay employ next generation sequencing to measure the “serotyping profile” of barcoded subject serum antibodies tested against a range of DNA-tagged pathogen-derived antigens. The disclosed assay setup enables multiplexing in both the sample and antigen dimensions, generating a large multi-dimensional serotyping data set for more comprehensive serotyping profiling of large populations across a large number of antigens and possible pathogens. Moreover, the ability to easily scale and multiplex the number of peptide epitopes allows rapid updating of the assay content to monitor the ever-changing spectrum of pathogens. Additional applications of this technology include cancer immunology and autoimmune conditions (e.g., neoantigen or autoimmune profiling), screening for toxins, antibody therapeutics development, biosecurity, and veterinary medicine.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an antibody that enables simple, rapid and sensitive detection of SARS-COV-2, i.e., the causative virus of COVID-19 while suppressing nonspecific reactions, and an immunological detection method and a kit comprising the antibody. By using an antibody that binds to the nucleocapsid protein of SARS-COV-2 or an antibody fragment thereof, in particular, an antibody that recognizes a specific region of the protein or an antibody fragment thereof, provided are a specific and sensitive immunological detection method and kit, in particular, a detection method using a sandwich method such as an immunochromatography method or ELISA method, as well as immunochromatographic test strip containing the antibody and a kit containing the test strip.
