The resin composition includes a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, a first monomer, and a second monomer, wherein an amount of the urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer is in a range of about 5 wt % to about 20 wt % based on a total weight of the resin composition, an amount of the second monomer is in a range of about 10 wt % to about 30 wt % based on a total weight of the resin composition, and a total amount of the urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer and the first monomer is in a range of about 50 wt % to about 80 wt % based on a total weight of the resin composition.

摘要: In an embodiment, the present disclosure pertains to a method of changing the glass transition temperature of a polymer. In some embodiments, the polymer includes at least one hydrazone-containing compound. In general, the methods of the present disclosure include one or more of the following steps of: (1) applying light to the polymer; and (2) thereby changing the glass transition temperature of the polymer. In another embodiment, the present disclosure pertains to a polymer having a light-adjustable glass transition temperature. In some embodiments, the polymer includes at least one hydrazone-containing compound.

摘要: The disclosure generally relates to polishing pads, methods of manufacturing polishing pads, and formulations for manufacturing polishing pads, and more particularly, to polishing pads used for chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of a substrate in electronic device processing. In one aspect, a photocurable printing composition containing photopolymerizable compounds and photopolymerization initiator is provided. The photocurable printing composition comprises a urethane acrylate oligomer having a functionality of 2 or more, a nominal viscosity greater than 20,000 cP at 60 degrees Celsius, and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of −4 degrees Celsius or greater, the urethane acrylate oligomer present from about 20% to about 60% by weight based on a total weight of the photopolymerizable compounds. The photocurable printing composition has a viscosity of 20 centipoise or higher at 70 degrees Celsius.

摘要: In one aspect, inks for use with a three-dimensional (3D) printing system are described herein. In some embodiments, an ink described herein comprises 20-60 wt. % oligomeric curable material; 10-50 wt. % cyclocarbonate (meth)acrylate monomer; and 0.1-5 wt. % photoinitiator, based on the total weight of the ink. Additionally, in some cases, the ink further comprises one or more additional curable materials differing from the oligomeric curable material and the cyclocarbonate (meth)acrylate monomer. An ink described herein, in some embodiments, also comprises one or more additional component that are non-curable.
