摘要： A process for preparing a waterborne dispersion of a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive base includes the use of a solventless polyorganosiloxane pellet containing a polyorganosilicate resin and a polyorganosiloxane gum. The waterborne dispersion of the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive base can be combined with a free radical initiator, and dried and cured to form a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.

摘要： The present invention relates to a composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of a) polyisobutylene particles; and b) polyolefin particles, which are polyethylene or polypropylene particles, wherein the weight-to-weight ratio of the polyisobutylene particles to the polyolefin particles is in the range of from 20:80 to 80:20. The composition of the present invention is useful for making coatings on paper or paperboard substrates with excellent moisture barrier and tack properties.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. In an embodiment, the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes (A) an acrylic dispersion composed of particles of (i) an acrylic-based polymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) less than −20° C., and (ii) a surfactant. The water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition also includes (B) an ethylene acid dispersion composed of (i) particles of an ethylene acid copolymer having from 3 wt % to less than 50 wt % acid comonomer and a melt index from 1 g/10 min to 100 g/10 min, and (ii) at least one of a dispersant or a neutralizing agent. Further disclosed are articles with the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.

摘要： A method of making a hair care composition is provided, comprising: providing a cationic hair care emulsion, comprising: a cationic surfactant; optionally, a nonionic surfactant; water, wherein the water forms a continuous phase; and an internal phase, wherein the internal phase comprises: a cosmetically acceptable hydrocarbon oil; and a polyolefin blend, comprising: a high density polyolefin having a density of >0.90 g/cm3; and a low density polyolefin having a density of ≤0.90 g/cm3; wherein the polyolefin blend has an average melt index of >7 as measured according to ASTM D 1238; providing a cosmetically acceptable silicone; providing an additional water; providing at least one hair care additive; and combining the cationic hair care emulsion, the cosmetically acceptable silicone, the additional water and the at least one hair care additive to form the hair care composition.

摘要： Provided is a concentrated emulsion and personal care compositions containing the concentrated emulsion.
