摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus for acoustic inspection of a surface are described. An example system may include an inspection robot structured to traverse an inspection surface in a direction of travel. The inspection robot may include a payload having a plurality of arms, connected to the inspection robot, to rotate around respective ones of a plurality of axes while the inspection robot traverses the inspection surface, where each of the plurality of axes is in the direction of travel. A plurality of sleds may be connected to the plurality of arms, and a plurality of inspection sensors connected to the plurality of sleds. The plurality of inspection sensors may be spaced apart from each other at adjustable positions to inspect the inspection surface at an adjustable resolution.

摘要: An air management system for a vehicle having a first pneumatic circuit and a second pneumatic circuit, in which the first and second pneumatic circuits are pneumatically connected in a neutral position via a cross-flow mechanism. The first pneumatic circuit is configured to independently adjust air pressure of a first side of the vehicle. The second pneumatic circuit is configured to independently adjust air pressure of a second side of the vehicle. The system is configured to establish pneumatic communication between the first and second pneumatic circuits when the air management system is not independently adjusting the adjust air pressure of the first side of the vehicle and the air pressure of the second side of the vehicle in the cross-flow mode.

摘要: An inspection robot may include an inspection chassis and a drive module with magnetic wheels coupled to the inspection chassis. The drive module may further include a motor and a gear box located between the motor and a magnetic wheels. The gear box may include a flex spline cup which interacts with the ring gear. The inspection robot may further include a magnetic shielding assembly to shield the motor and an associated electromagnetic sensor from electromagnetic interference generated by the magnetic wheels.

摘要: The invention relates to a vehicle axle for a motor vehicle. Two wheel carriers, each guided on an axle guide and pivotable by a tie rod, each having a wheel brake. At least one air deflection element per wheel brake, which deflects a travel air flow in the direction of the wheel brake for brake cooling. The air deflection element is fastened on the wheel carrier, on an axle guide, or on the tie rod. A stabilizer for reducing rolling movements of the motor vehicle. The stabilizer includes protective elements arranged in the area of the air deflection elements, which prevent direct striking of the air deflection elements on the stabilizer during steering and/or spring movements.

A leveling manifold includes, in one example, a plurality of electrically-activated valves arranged between, on a first end, a rod-side and a piston-side of one or more hydraulic cylinders, and on a second end, a pressure source and a tank, wherein the plurality of electrically-activated valves include a first valve, a second valve, a third valve, and a fourth valve. The leveling manifold further includes a first flow path extending through the first and second valves and from the rod-side to the second end and a second flow path extending through the third and fourth valves and from the piston-side to the second end, the leveling manifold is designed to manage operation of the first, second, third, and/or fourth valves to independently adjust a position and a stiffness of the one or more hydraulic cylinders.

The first suspension system may also include a first control arm coupled with the first knuckle and the frame member, and a torsion bar coupled with the chassis at a first end of the torsion bar. The torsion bar may extend in a direction substantially parallel with the frame member, where the torsion bar may be configured to support a portion of a mass of the electrified vehicle in response to displacement of the first tractive element relative to the chassis.

摘要: A three-wheeled vehicle may include one rear wheel and two front wheels coupled to a tiltable chassis, such that tilting of the chassis causes a corresponding tilting of the three wheels. The tiltable chassis includes a tiltable body coupled to a non-tilting frame by a pair of rotatable joints, such that the tiltable body is configured to rotate relative to the frame. A fore-and-aft connecting beam of the tiltable body extends beneath the frame to accommodate a battery compartment or other storage on top of the frame. A front tower extends upward from a front end of the connecting beam, above the frame, to couple to a tilt linkage and seat post of the vehicle. A rear tower extends upward from a rear end of the connecting beam to retain the rear wheel.
