摘要: Thermoplastic films are disclosed that are suitable for use as paint protection films. The films include a thermoplastic polymer layer comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane polymer and a polyvinyl acetal polymer. The films further comprise an adhesive layer. The thermoplastic films, when tested by ASTM D-412, exhibit a stress at 5% strain of no greater than 200 psi.

摘要: A thermoformable sheet includes an exterior film, a printed pigment layer, an adhesive layer, an inner layer, and an interior sealing layer. The exterior film includes between 50% and 100% polyolefin-based polymers, by weight. The inner layer includes between 60% and 100% of polypropylene polymer, by weight. The inner layer further includes a thickness between 100 microns and 350 microns. The printed pigment layer and the adhesive layer are located between the exterior film and the inner layer.

摘要: A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

摘要: A floor, wall, or ceiling panel and to a method for producing same. The panel has a base made of a wood material and an upper veneer. The base and the veneer are hot-pressed together while incorporating a resin layer. During the pressing process, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer are filled with resin. In particular, the pressing process is carried out such that the veneer is saturated with resin, and the resin can be seen on the surface of the veneer after the pressing process. The adhesion of the veneer to the base and the smoothing of the veneer are thus carried out in one operation.

摘要: A thermoelectric element can comprise a thermoelectric body, a first contact, and a second contact structure, wherein the first and/or second contact structure can comprise at least one porous metal structure embedded within an outer region of the thermoelectric body, and at least one metal layer overlying the outer region of the thermoelectric body and being in direct contact with the embedded porous metal structure. A method of making the thermoelectric element can include embedding the at least one porous metal structure within the outer region of the thermoelectric body by induction heating, followed by electroplating of the at least one metal layer.

摘要: Provided is a metal joint (5) including: a Ag—Cu—Zn layer (7); and Cu—Zn layers (6) joined to both surfaces of the Ag—Cu—Zn layer (7), wherein the Ag—Cu—Zn layer (7) has a composition in which a Cu component is 1 atm % or more and 10 atm % or less, a Zn component is 1 atm % or more and 40 atm % or less, and the balance is a Ag component with respect to the total 100 atm %, and wherein the Cu—Zn layers (6) have a composition in which a Zn component is 10 atm % or more and 40 atm % or less and the balance is a Cu component with respect to the total 100 atm %. It is therefore possible to obtain the metal joint (5), which is capable of joining metal base materials to each other without being limited to aluminum-based materials, and also have high mechanical strength.
