摘要: A thermoelectric element can comprise a thermoelectric body, a first contact, and a second contact structure, wherein the first and/or second contact structure can comprise at least one porous metal structure embedded within an outer region of the thermoelectric body, and at least one metal layer overlying the outer region of the thermoelectric body and being in direct contact with the embedded porous metal structure. A method of making the thermoelectric element can include embedding the at least one porous metal structure within the outer region of the thermoelectric body by induction heating, followed by electroplating of the at least one metal layer.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a system for treating oily solid material and a method for treating oily solid material. The system for treating oily solid material includes a thermal desorption module, a thermal desorption vapor treatment module and an incondensable gas treatment module. The thermal desorption module includes a vertical furnace body, a stirring shaft and an electromagnetic induction heating coil assembly. The electromagnetic induction heating coil assembly includes a plurality of coil units sequentially arranged at an outer side of the sidewall of the vertical furnace body along the height direction (Y). A heating power of each of the plurality of coil units is configured to be independently controlled.

摘要: A controlled thermal coefficient product manufacturing system and method is disclosed. The disclosed product relates to the manufacture of metallic material product (MMP) having a thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) in a predetermined range. The disclosed system and method provides for a first material deformation (FMD) of the MMP that comprises at least some of a first material phase (FMP) wherein the FMP comprises martensite randomly oriented and a first thermal expansion coefficient (FTC). In response to the FMD at least some of the FMP is oriented in at least one predetermined orientation. Subsequent to deformation, the MMP comprises a second thermal expansion coefficient (STC) that is within a predetermined range and wherein the thermal expansion of the MMP is in at least one predetermined direction. The MMP may be comprised of a second material phase (SMP) that may or may not transform to the FMP in response to the FMD.

摘要: A method for selective carburization of an article using low pressure induction carburization includes: providing or procuring an article including a surface; subjecting the article to directed induction heating, wherein a first portion of the surface of the article is inductively heated to a temperature that exceeds a carburizing temperature, while a second portion of the surface of the article remains at a temperature below the carburizing temperature; and simultaneously with subjecting the article to directed induction heating, subjecting the article to low pressure carburization, thereby selectively carburizing the first portion of the surface of the article while not carburizing the second portion of the surface of the article.

The melt protection mechanism includes a seal box including a base plate fixed on the moving rail support. The support mechanism includes a main support frame and an angle adjustment bracket, the main support frame is fixed on the base plate of the seal box, and the angle adjustment bracket is mounted on the main support frame.
