摘要: This disclosure provides a waste battery thermal desorption treatment system. The waste battery thermal desorption treatment system includes: a rotary kiln, having a feed port, thermal desorption cavity, heating cavity, discharge port, and first exhaust port; a dust removal apparatus, including a housing with a gas inlet port and a second exhaust port, and a dust removal structure disposed in the housing configured to collect impurities in a gas exhausted from the first exhaust port; a condenser, in communication with the second exhaust port, to condense an electrolyte constituent; and an adsorption column having a defluorination agent for dry defluorination on remaining constituents in the gaseous exhaust. This disclosure resolves the problem of low recycling efficiency of waste lithium batteries in the prior art.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a system for treating oily solid material and a method for treating oily solid material. The system for treating oily solid material includes a thermal desorption module, a thermal desorption vapor treatment module and an incondensable gas treatment module. The thermal desorption module includes a vertical furnace body, a stirring shaft and an electromagnetic induction heating coil assembly. The electromagnetic induction heating coil assembly includes a plurality of coil units sequentially arranged at an outer side of the sidewall of the vertical furnace body along the height direction (Y). A heating power of each of the plurality of coil units is configured to be independently controlled.

摘要: A wastewater treatment equipment and a treatment method of a wastewater are provided. The wastewater treatment equipment includes: a microfiltration unit, configured to receive and filter a wastewater to obtain a solution; a membrane salt separation unit, configured to receive the solution and separate monovalent ions and multivalent ions from the solution to obtain a first solution including the monovalent ions and a second solution including the multivalent ions; a first evaporative crystallization unit, configured to crystallize the first solution to form a monovalent salt; and a second evaporative crystallization unit, configured to crystallize the second solution to form a mixed salt; the microfiltration unit is connected to the membrane salt separation unit, and the first evaporative crystallization unit and the second evaporative crystallization unit are both directly connected to the membrane salt separation unit, the wastewater treatment equipment can achieve the standard discharge of wastewater.

摘要: This disclosure belongs to the field of battery recycling technologies, and specifically, to a battery recycling method. An example battery recycling method is disclosed including: performing split processing on a battery to obtain a metal shell and an electrode assembly, where the electrode assembly includes a roll core or a lamination; and recycling the metal shell. According to the recycling method in various embodiments of this disclosure, the battery is not wholly crushed, but the battery is split to obtain the metal shell and the electrode assembly. In other words, the metal shell obtained through recycling by using the recycling method in this disclosure is not crushed, thereby ensuring reusability of the metal shell.
