Abstract: A method is provided to implement a fragmentation mechanism for a session between a 5G-RG and access gateway function (AGF) communicating over point to point protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) that encapsulates control messages, where the 5G-RG or the AGF is a sender of a message. The method includes receiving the message to be sent that does not fit within a maximum transmission unit for the session, generating a first fragment of the message and a second fragment of the message, and sending the first fragment of the message and the second fragment of the message to a receiver, the second fragment including metadata with a length, and cyclic redundancy check.

Abstract: The presentation of sensor network information can be provided to a user via a customized dashboard web interface. The dashboard web interface can be based on customized transformation and alert functions that can be applied to one or more sensor channels of data produced from sensors at a monitored location. The customized alerts can provide real-time monitoring of targeted conditions at the monitored location.

Abstract: A method for utilizing quality of service information in a network with tunneled backhaul is disclosed, comprising: establishing a backhaul bearer at a base station with a first core network, the backhaul bearer established by a backhaul user equipment (UE) at the base station, the backhaul bearer having a single priority parameter, the backhaul bearer terminating at a first packet data network gateway in the first core network; establishing an encrypted internet protocol (IP) tunnel between the base station and a coordinating gateway in communication with the first core network and a second core network; facilitating, for at least one UE attached at the base station, establishment of a plurality of UE data bearers encapsulated in the secure IP tunnel, each with their own QCI; and transmitting prioritized data of the plurality of UE data bearers via the backhaul bearer and the coordinating gateway to the second core network.

Abstract: Parties having different responsibilities and interests at a monitored location can be given a partial view of the totality of the sensor channels of data generated by the various sensors installed at the monitored location. The partial views deliver customized sets of data streams to customers. The selective distribution of sensor information accommodates the divergent interests and needs of parties responsible for tracking the various characteristics of a monitored location.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to providing a gateway device that can properly page a communication terminal managed by a control device even if the control device loses information on the communication terminal when the control device recovers from a failure that has occurred therein. A gateway device (10) according to the present disclosure includes a storage unit (11) configured to store temporarily allocated identification information temporarily allocated to a communication terminal and an eDRX parameter associated with the communication terminal, and a transceiver (12) configured to, in a case in which downlink data destined for a communication terminal managed by a mobility management device (20) is received after a failure has occurred in the mobility management device (20), transmit a notification message with the temporarily allocated identification information and the eDRX parameter set therein to the mobility management device (20) or another mobility management device (21).
