    Abstract: A workpiece spindle comprises a spindle, a spindle motor and an actuator. The spindle is dynamically connected to the spindle motor and has a first channel and a second channel connected to the first channel. The first channel is assembled with a lathe center, the actuator is provided with an actuating rod disposed outside the spindle corresponding to the second channel. The workpiece spindle limits rotation of the spindle by displacing the actuating rod of the actuator by a first actuation distance relative to the second channel, and the workpiece spindle drives the lathe center to displace in the first channel by displacing the actuating rod of the actuator by a second actuation distance relative to the second channel. Thereby, machining statuses of the lathe center are integrated for convenient operation, and the lathe center is driven and displaced in the channel to facilitate replacement.

    Abstract: A honing machine (100) for honing a bore in a workpiece comprises a support structure (120) fixed to the machine and at least one honing unit (130) which is mounted on the support structure and which has a main support (160), which can be mounted fixedly in relation to the support structure, and a spindle unit (150), which is supported by the main support and in which a spindle shaft (152) is rotatably mounted, wherein the spindle shaft (152) is rotatable about a spindle axis (155) by means of a rotary drive and, at a tool-side end (153), has a device for the fastening of a honing tool. The honing machine furthermore has a linear guide system which is arranged between the main support (160) and the spindle unit (150) and which serves for guiding a linear stroke movement of the spindle unit (150) relative to the main support (160), a stroke drive for generating the stroke movement of the spindle unit (150), and an alignment system (200) for setting the alignment of the spindle axis (155) in relation to the support structure (120). The alignment system (200) is designed for the continuously variable, reversible setting of the alignment of the spindle axis (155) in relation to the support structure (120), wherein the alignment system is designed for the independent setting of the position of the spindle axis (155) along two mutually perpendicular axes of translation and for the setting of the orientation of the spindle axis (155) in relation to two mutually perpendicular axes of rotation.

    Abstract: A grinding device for inner holes has a body, an extension shaft, a nut, and a button assembly. The body has a driving shaft rotatably disposed in the body and a containing hole disposed through a side of the body. The extension shaft has two ends and a concave structure. One of the two ends of the extension shaft is connected with the driving shaft of the body. The concave structure is disposed on the extension shaft, and is aligned with the containing hole of the body after the extension shaft rotates with the driving shaft. The nut is mounted on the other one of the two ends of the extension shaft. The button assembly is mounted in the containing hole of the body, and is able to be pressed and to extend into the concave structure to restrict the extension shaft from rotating.

    Abstract: A work tool includes a spindle, a clamp shaft and at least one biasing part. The spindle is configured to be reciprocally rotated within a specified angle range around a driving axis. The spindle has a first inclined face inclined in a direction crossing the driving axis. The clamp shaft includes a shaft part and a head part. The shaft part is configured to be coaxially inserted into the spindle. The head part is formed on a lower end portion of the shaft part and configured to clamp the tool accessory in cooperation with the spindle while a second inclined face of the tool accessory is pressed against the first inclined face. The at least one biasing part is provided in the spindle and configured to always bias the tool accessory downward while the tool accessory is clamped by the head part and the spindle.
