    摘要: A clutch mechanism 5 for use with a carrier of a linear drive device 1, the mechanism 5 comprising: a housing 3; a first gear 6 coupled to the housing 3 and having gear teeth 61 configured to engage a threaded shaft 2 of a linear drive device 1, such that rotation of the shaft 2 causes the housing 3 to move along the shaft 2 in a first mode of operation; and a first clutch arrangement associated with the first gear 6 and configured to prevent substantial rotation of the first gear 6 with respect to the housing 3 when a rotational force applied to the first gear 6 is less than a threshold force and to permit rotation of the first gear 6 with respect to the housing 3 when a rotational force applied to the first gear 6 is greater than the threshold force, such that the housing 3 can be manually moved along a length of the shaft 2, in a second mode of operation, by exerting a force on the housing 2 such that the rotational force applied to the first gear 6 through the interaction of the threaded shaft 2 and the gear teeth exceeds the first threshold.

    摘要: The present invention is an original direct motor-drive portable angle grinder with a disc type motor installed in a position adjacent to the grinding wheel and an outer motor rotating part coaxially and directly driving the grinding wheel. By means of the direct drive, the present invention prevents the emission of noise made by angle type transmission devices. Moreover, an inertial body is installed on the rotating housing that is integrated with the rotating part to form a flywheel or the rotating housing and the inertial body are integrated into a single reinforced structure to enable a flywheel function in order to improve the grinding, polishing and machining or cutting abilities of the grinding wheel.

    摘要: An overrunning clutch comprising a clutch inner member, a cylindrical member provides at the outer side of the clutch inner member, a clutch outer member provided at the outer side of the cylindrical member, and two circumferential rows of rollers movably disposed between the clutch inner member and the cylindrical member and between the cylindrical member and the clutch outer member. The upper limit value of torque transmitted between the clutch outer member and the cylindrical member through the outer circumferential row of rollers is set so as to be greater than the upper limit value of torque transmitted between the cylindrical member and the clutch inner member through the inner circumferential row of rollers. It is therefore possible to increase the amount of energy absorbed without lowering the upper limit value of transmitted torque. Thus, it is possible to prevent damage to the constituent elements and a consequent lowering of the function of the overrunning clutch.

    摘要: A two-speed clutch arrangement is disclosed in which an input shaft is drivingly connected to an output drum through a system of clutch shoes so as to alternatively produce direct drive of the output drum, a reduced speed drive, or a neutral condition in which drive is not transmitted to the output drum. The clutch system includes centrifugally actuated primary clutch shoes driven by the input shaft and establishing drive to an inner drum, and two different sets of friction clutches interposed between the inner drum and the output drum. The first set produces a slipping or low speed drive of the output drum, while the second direct drive set controllably establishes direct or high speed drive. Shifting of the clutch arrangement is carried out by a trigger actuator, which activates clutch trigger arrangements associated with the primary clutch shoes and the direct drive clutch set. The trigger actuator is shifted between alternate positions in which either centrifugal actuation of the primary clutch shoes or the direct drive clutch set is allowed. Shifting the position of the trigger actuator prior to establishment of drive to the input shaft being initiated creates a neutral condition of the clutch.
