Abstract: A terminal assembly for an encapsulated stator is provided. The terminal assembly includes an elbow terminal and an insulating tube. The terminal assembly allows for joining of magnet wire and lead wire at a 90 degree angle. A terminal assembly for an ESP motor head is provided. The terminal assembly includes a terminal, an insulation tube, and a sleeve. The insulation tube is disposed in the motor head pothole. The terminal is disposed within the insulation tube. An end of the terminal configured to receive a lead wire includes internal threads. The threads allow for accommodation of various lengths of lead wires extending from the stator.

Abstract: A coil of a stator for an electric motor is disclosed. The coil includes a reel forming a tooth of the stator. The reel includes a tubular central shaft including multiple grooves formed on its periphery between a first end of the central shaft configured to be oriented towards the center of the stator and a second end of the central shaft configured to be oriented towards the outside of the stator. The grooves are configured to receive a turn of a winding wire wound around the reel. The reel also includes a first retaining collar located at the first end of the central shaft, a second retaining collar located on the second end of the central shaft, and a winding formed by the winding wire configured to be wound around the reel between the first retaining collar the second retaining collar.

Abstract: A shaft member, in which electrical wiring and connectors are integrally formed, is disposed on a hollow portion for electrical wiring that extends through the center of a wave gear device. The connectors attached to first and second shaft ends on both sides of the shaft member are each exposed to outside from both ends of the hollow portion. During wiring work, external wiring or the like need merely be attached to respective terminals of the connectors exposed to outside. It is possible to reduce the risk of disconnection caused by sliding or twisting of the electrical wiring, without the electrical wiring contacting a hollow input shaft forming the hollow portion, an end of a second end plate, etc. Constraints on the number of wires and wire diameter are also alleviated, and wiring work also becomes simple.
