Abstract: Methods and apparatus to generate audience measurement data from population sample data having incomplete demographic classifications are disclosed. An example method includes detecting that a number of impressions a time segment of a video occurred based on messages; detecting that no impressions for the time segment of the video were detected by the database proprietor; determining respective percentages of exposures of the video that are attributable to corresponding ones of multiple demographic groups, determining the respective percentages being based on the first demographic information provided by the database proprietor for exposures of other time segments of the video; attributing respective portions of the number of impressions to the demographic groups based on the respective percentages to determine imputed numbers of impressions; generating adjusted numbers of impressions based on the imputed numbers of impressions; and determining ratings information for the video using the adjusted numbers of impressions.

Abstract: A method for establishing a telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3) for a user to whom a first communications terminal is allocated. According to said method, an allocation information is made available to a control program running on a server for establishing the telecommunications link in which information a first allocation is defined for the first communications terminal as specified by the user. The first allocation can define an allocation of a second communications terminal to the first communications terminal. The telecommunications link can be established in accordance with the first allocation, using the second communications terminal instead of the first communications terminal. The allocation information can include a second allocation by which the first communications terminal can be signaled as being the only terminal used by the user in the established telecommunications link.

The method is characterized in that in the allocation information a second allocation (70, 90) is defined, by which the first communications terminal (D1) is signaled to the control program (100, 22) as being the only terminal used by the user in the telecommunications link established (C1, C2, C3). The invention further provides a corresponding system.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for establishing a telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3), controlled by a control program (28), with a second communications terminal (D1), according to which a CTI service is made available to the first communications terminal (36) by a CTI server (20) in a CTI domain allocated to said CTI server (20), and the second communications terminal (D1) is located outside the CTI domain and by way of a proxy (Trk2) situated within the CTI domain is linked to the CTI server (20). The control program (28) is linked to the CTI server (20) by way of an intermediate functional unit (30, 32). The intermediate functional unit (30, 32) signals to the control program (28) that the second communications terminal (D1) instead of the proxy (Trk2) is linked into the established telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3) as the telecommunications terminal. The intermediate functional unit (30, 32) instructs the CTI server (20) to carry out the CTI service on the proxy (Trk2) in accordance with the control program (28). Furthermore, an intermediate functional unit (extra domain device, CSP) can be implemented as additional server or middleware. The invention further provides a corresponding system.
