摘要: Real time audio stream validation is provided. An audio stream of a voice communication corresponding to a call is segmented into a plurality of blocks in response to receiving the audio stream from a user. The plurality of blocks is modified to generate a first modified audio stream corresponding to the call that includes hashed values of the plurality of blocks. The first modified audio stream along with the hashed values of the plurality of blocks is sent via a network.

摘要: Methods and systems are described for handling calls involving digital agents. Digital agents or assistants (e.g., bots) may initiate service calls on behalf of their user or handle full conversations with a service agent on behalf of their user. As described herein, if the system determines that the call is being handled by a digital agent, the call may transition to a non-voice service that can communicate with the digital agent. Communicating via a data channel such as a web service may save bandwidth and other resources. If the reason for the call cannot be resolved based on digital agent communication, the call may transition back to a voice call with human participants. Information collected from the digital agent may be provided to a human service representative if and when the session transitions back to a voice channel.

摘要: To filter unwanted sounds from a conference call, a voice profile of a first user is generated based on a first voice signal captured by a media device during a first conference call. The voice profile may be generated by identifying a base frequency of the first voice signal and determining a plurality of voice characteristics, such as pitch, intonation, accent, loudness, and speech rate. These data may be stored in association with the first user. During a second conference call, a second voice signal captured by the media device is analyzed to determine, based on the voice profile of the first user, whether the second voice signal includes the voice of a second user. If so, the second voice signal is prevented from being transmitted into the conference call. A voice profile of the second user may be generated from the second voice signal for future use.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining an engagement profile of a participant by associating electronic activities to a profile. It may generate the engagement profile based on analysis of the electronic activity level. An example implementation may contain the following steps. The system may access for a first record object a plurality of electronic activities linked with the first record object. The system may identify for a participant from the plurality of electronic activities a set of electronic activities including the participant. The system may determine an engagement profile of the participant based on a first number of electronic activities of the set of electronic activities sent by the participant, a second number of the set of electronic activities received by the participant and a temporal distribution of the set of electronic activities. The system may store the engagement profile in one or more data structures.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods, systems, and storage media for detecting events based on updates to node profiles from electronic activities. Exemplary implementations may access an electronic activity transmitted or received via an electronic account associated with a data source provider; generate a plurality of activity field-value pairs; maintain a plurality of node profiles; identify a first state of a first node profile of the plurality of node profiles; update the first node profile using the electronic activity; identify a second state of the first node profile subsequent to updating the first node profile using the electronic activity; detect a state change of the first node profile based on the first state and the second state; determine that the state change satisfies an event condition; and store an association between the first node profile and an event type corresponding to the event condition.

摘要: A method and apparatus for identifying a faked video is provided herein. During operation, when a video, or video call is received from a device, a simultaneous audio call is placed to the device (i.e., the video call and audio call take place simultaneously in time). The audio streams on both the video and audio call are compared, and a difference between the audio streams is identified. The video is deemed a potential fake if the difference between the audio streams is above a particular threshold.

摘要: A voice communications computer system (“VCCS”) receives a ring signal from a call device having unverified device identification data. The VCCS identifies an audible frequency component and an electronic frequency component of the ring signal. The VCCS identifies a device identification characteristic or a geographic location characteristic based on the audible or electronic frequency components, and identifies a stored identification characteristic associated with the device identification data. Based on a comparison of the stored identification characteristic with the device identification characteristic or geographic location characteristic, the VCCS generates fraud estimation data. In some cases, the VCCS generates call status data based on the fraud estimation data. The VCCS provides the fraud estimation data or the call status data to a user interface device, which is configured to display data or perform a call action for a call associated with the ring signal.

摘要: Various embodiments of the invention are detection systems and methods for detecting call provenance based on call audio. An exemplary embodiment of the detection system can comprise a characterization unit, a labeling unit, and an identification unit. The characterization unit can extract various characteristics of networks through which a call traversed, based on call audio. The labeling unit can be trained on prior call data and can identify one or more codecs used to encode the call, based on the call audio. The identification unit can utilize the characteristics of traversed networks and the identified codecs, and based on this information, the identification unit can provide a provenance fingerprint for the call. Based on the call provenance fingerprint, the detection system can identify, verify, or provide forensic information about a call audio source.

摘要: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing call center-based automated interface between call center agents and network orchestration systems, in some cases, via application programming interfaces (“APIs”). In various embodiments, an automated services platform may collect, from data sources, data associated with services provided by a service provider. The collected data may be autonomously analyzed to identify any issues with provisioning a service(s) to a customer. If so, one or more automation actions may be autonomously identified to address the determined issue(s). The automated services platform may autonomously send instructions to automation bots to perform the identified one or more automation actions, and may generate and present a UI on a user terminal operated by a user, the UI displaying information regarding at least one of the at least one issue, the affected service(s), the identified one or more automation actions, or the automation bots, and/or the like.

摘要: Embodiments described herein provide for performing a risk assessment using graph-derived features of a user interaction. A computer receives interaction information and infers information from the interaction based on information provided to the computer by a communication channel used in transmitting the interaction information. The computer may determine a claimed identity of the user associated with the user interaction. The computer may extract features from the inferred identity and claimed identity. The computer generates a graph representing the structural relationship between the communication channels and claimed identities associated with the inferred identity and claimed identity. The computer may extract additional features from the inferred identity and claimed identity using the graph. The computer may apply the features to a machine learning model to generate a risk score indicating the probability of a fraudulent interaction associated with the user interaction.
