摘要: An estimation device configured to estimate career plan candidates for a subject user includes an acquisition unit, an estimation unit, and an estimation result output unit. The acquisition unit acquires business features for each business that the subject user has been in charge of up to the present. Thereafter, the estimation unit estimates career plan candidates appropriate for the subject user from the subject user's business features on the basis of a model trained using business features of each reference user who has responded that he/she has an aptitude for his/her current business field. The estimation result output unit outputs results of estimating the career plan candidates appropriate for the subject user.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provide for monitoring asset performance and ranking of assets based thereon. Such embodiments enable identifying poor-performance assets, determining poor performance factors, and generating action recommendations for mitigating poor performance. Some embodiments receive monitored data associated with assets, generate, for each asset and using the monitored data, performance metrics, normalize the performance metrics for each asset to generate normalized performance metrics for each asset, wherein each performance metric of the normalized performance metrics indicates a level of performance of the corresponding asset. Some embodiments generate an aggregated performance metric for each asset based at least in part on a combination of the plurality of normalized performance metrics corresponding to the asset. Some embodiments generate a ranking of the assets based at least in part on the aggregated performance metric for each asset, wherein the ranking of the assets indicates a level of poor performance for each asset.

摘要: Systems and methods for implementing geolocation-based key performance indicator (KPI) visualization in a polygon-defined geolocation area of a telecommunications network, the system includes: a memory storing instructions; a processor configured to execute the instructions to: generate pixel coordinates of a polygon circumscribing the area from a pixel map; determine, for each generated pixel coordinate of the polygon, pixel tiles that insect with the extracted pixel coordinate of the polygon from the pixel map; determine, for each pixel tile among the pixel tiles that intersect with the extracted pixel coordinate of the polygon, pixels that intersect with the polygon, and for each pixel among the pixels that intersect with the polygon, determine a color of the pixel, and determine, based on the color, a KPI value from a lookup table; output, for each pixel among the one or more pixels that intersect with the polygon, the KPI value.

摘要: A method for dynamically controlling the alignment of multi-nested Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is implemented via an application service provider server including a processor. The method includes executing, via a network, an enterprise application on a remote computing system and causing surfacing of a user interface on the display of the remote computing system during the execution of the enterprise application, where the user interface corresponds to a goal-setting feature of the enterprise application. The method also includes receiving, via the surfaced user interface, user input including an alignment permission policy for a multi-nested OKR of an enterprise, where the alignment permission policy defines a list of enterprise users who are allowed to align child OKR objects to a parent objective of the multi-nested OKR. The method further includes applying the alignment permission policy to the multi-nested OKR.

The operational advantages may include quantifying an expected lift in a target metric. The method includes: receiving an operational dataset associated with a time period of operation for the contact center; providing the predictive routing model configured to predict a score for the target metric for a given agent for a given interaction based on agent characteristic data associated with the given agent and interaction data associated with the given interaction; and, using the received predictive routing model, operational dataset, and agent characteristic data, computing the expected lift in the target metric assuming use of the predictive routing model during the time period. The algorithm used to compute the lift in the target metric is based on individual agent occupancy levels.
