Abstract: Systems and methods are described for generating and implementing a computer-based user interface allowing users natural language interactions with manufacturing site data. Data collected from a manufacturing site are synthesized into a form compatible with an artificial intelligence chatbot. In some embodiments, a number of grammatically complete textual fact sentences are generated, summarizing the synthesized data and any desired context in natural language form. A computer-based user interface may be provided, allowing users to enter natural language queries requesting information on the manufacturing site. Entered queries are then forwarded to an artificial intelligence chatbot along with generated fact sentences containing synthesized data from the manufacturing site and relevant context, which allows the chatbot to use the fact sentences to formulate natural language responses to the queries.

Abstract: Systems and methods for tracking biological samples are presented. Intrinsic and extrinsic biological sample data and/or intrinsic and extrinsic patient data may be used to label a biological sample obtained at a point-of-care facility, which may be sent to a processing facility, wherein the labeled biological sample undergoes analysis and/or processing into a labeled therapeutic. The labeled therapeutic is delivered back to the point-of-care facility, wherein the labeled therapeutic is tested for the presence of the additives prior to administration to a patient. Multi-factor validation is performed, including validating the identity of the patient to a container, validating the identity of the labeled biological sample/therapeutic to the container, and thus, validating the identity of the labeled therapeutic to the patient. The entire life cycle of a biological sample used to generate a personalized therapeutic is validated, and ensures that mix-ups or errors in administration are reduced or eliminated.

Abstract: A system and apparatus for a medication container queue apparatus is disclosed. The container queue apparatus includes a drive shaft, at least two queue cylinders, a switch tube, a hold actuator, and a stop actuator. The medication containers enter through the switch tube which is configured to route the medication containers to a queue cylinder. Once the queue cylinder fills, the switch tube rotates to the entrance of another queue cylinder and provides an entrance for the medication containers to fill a second queue cylinder. The container queue apparatus also includes hold actuators and stop actuators which may suspend the travel of the medication containers temporarily.

Abstract: In one aspect, a method includes generating a design space for a peptide for an application. The generating includes identifying sequences for the peptide, and updating the sequences by determining, for each of the sequences, a respective set of activities pertaining to the application. The updating produces updated sequences each having updated respective activities. The method includes generating, based on the updated sequences, a solution space within the design space. The solution space includes a target subset of the updated sequences. The method includes performing, using a machine learning model to process the solution space, trials to identify a candidate drug compound that represents a sequence having a level of activity that exceeds a threshold level, and determining metrics pertaining to the machine learning model and a second machine learning model that performs the trials.

Abstract: A near-optimal scheduling system for considering processing-time variations and real-time data streaming includes a data parser module, a publish subscribe mechanism module, a processing time prediction module and a scheduling optimization module. In the processing time prediction module, an orthogonal greedy algorithm and a recurrent neural network are used to extract key features and then predict varying operation processing time. By formulating the scheduling problem in an integer programming form, an ordinal-optimization (OO) embedded decomposition and coordination method is established in the scheduling optimization module to provide dynamic and near-optimal schedules in a computationally efficient manner. Moreover, a publish subscribe mechanism is developed in the publish subscribe mechanism module by using subscribe and publish methods to realize real-time needs. Through this mechanism, the messages (updated production states) are published as specific topics and subscribed by the required modules of a manufacturing execution system without hierarchy delays.
