Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for autonomously performing a polytope analysis. The method further includes autonomously identifying input for use in the polytope analysis using natural language processing techniques, performing a polytope analysis using the identified input, generating response plans based on the performed polytope analysis, displaying the generated response plans, and executing at least one of the generated response plans. The method includes where the identified input comprises assumptions, goals, and levers for a polytope analysis. The method further includes providing a GUI that is configured to perform altering, adding and removing assumptions, goals and levers. The method further includes displaying assumption data associated with the polytope analysis, where the assumption data comprises type, priority, one dates, confidence, description and scope.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems, methods, and computer storage media, for, among other things, employing nested model structures to enforce compliance, within a computational system, to at least one policy. One method includes receiving a digital record that encodes content. A plurality of models (e.g., integrated models and/or model droplets) is employed to analyze the records. The plurality of models is configured and arranged within a nested structure of a hierarchy of models. Each of the plurality of models analyzes at least a portion of the record. Based on the nested structure, the hierarchy combines the analysis from each of the plurality of models to determine that the content violates a policy of a system. In response to determining that the content violates the policy, at least one mitigation (or intervention) action are performed. The at least one mitigation action may alter subsequent transmissions of the record.

A system with one or more processors, coupled with memory, detects, via natural language processing, an update to an operational constraint established in an electronic document. The system receives data corresponding to operations executed by an entity. The system determines, via a model trained with machine learning on historical operational data for the entity, an incompatibility between an operation of the entity and the update to the operational constraint. The system selects, responsive to determination of the incompatibility, an action to address the incompatibility. The system executes the action to modify the operation of the entity to satisfy the update to the operational constraint.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for optimizing an open-pit mine production plan based on time-series prediction of copper price. The method includes collecting historical copper price based on dates, generating a processed multi-factor dataset using linear normalization and linear interpolation manners, and generating a correlation matrix, focusing on the correlation matrix using a Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) model, and decomposing a trend item sequence and a seasonal item sequence through Autoformer mechanism, predicting copper price through a time-series prediction model, and importing copper price as parameters into a production plan mathematical model to generating the production plan. The present disclosure is capable of focusing on the correlation between different factors in a multi-factor dataset including historical price information, effectively improving the accuracy of copper price prediction, and obtaining solutions with a higher accuracy and better fit for an actual production situation.
