摘要: A method and a system are provided for creating and using a hybrid-digital mailbox. A computing device registers a user with a system that provides the hybrid-digital mailbox. The registering includes verifying an authenticity of the user, associating the user with a mailing address, providing the user with a unique user ID, and linking the mailing address with an email address in a profile of the user. The computing device associates incoming physical mail and electronic mail, which is associated with the physical mail, with the hybrid-digital mailbox.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems for warming new accounts. One system includes a server electronically networked with a user and a plurality of recipients of an electronic mail campaign of the user, the server operating to obtain an initial contact list, check the initial contact list to determine that the initial contact list satisfies an initial set of engagement rules, generate an active contact list comprising modifying the initial contact list when the initial contact list does not satisfy the initial set of engagement rules, electronically send an electronic message campaign to the active contact list, analyze a success of the electronically sent campaign, and adaptively adjust the active contact list according to active engagement rules based on an evaluated success of the electronically sent campaign.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and a method for managing chat conversation retention models. The method may include causing display of an interface that enables a user to select one of multiple retention models for association with an electronic chat conversation, and receiving, via the selector interface, a selection of a particular retention model. The retention model specifies an amount of time that each individual message in the electronic chat conversation is accessible upon being read by a receiving user. The method further includes storing a newly received message as part of the chat conversation, where the storing includes configuring a retention duration attribute for the message in accordance with the amount of time specified by the retention model. The method further includes erasing the message in accordance with the retention duration attribute.

摘要: The present technology includes systems and methods for managing electronic messages on a user device. A vertical list of graphical elements each corresponding to an electronic message can be displayed on the user device and user input can be detected. Each electronic message is associated with one or more contacts, and each contact is associated with an icon image. The user input includes an indication to select a particular contact. In response to the user input, the user device can display visualization of contact information associated with the particular contact, including the icon image.

摘要: An electronic messaging system and method with reduced traceability by separation of display of a media component of message content and header information. An electronic message having an identifier of a recipient and a message content including an image media component is received at a server from a sending user device at which a display for associating the media component with the electronic message is provided without displaying the identifier of a recipient with the media component such that a single screen capture of the identifier of a recipient and the media component is prevented. The electronic message including an identifier of a sending user is transmitted to a recipient user device at which a display presenting the media component is provided without displaying the identifier of a sending user such that a single screen capture of both the identifier of a sending user and the media component is prevented.

摘要: Systems and methods are described for communication of a third-party application server with a third-party email client plug-in. The systems and the methods enable the third-party application server to provide a plug-in header contained in a message. The plug-in header may include an X-header. The X-header may be injected into the message. The plug-in installed within an email client receives the message. The plug-in is configured to process the plug-in header to identify one or more instructions to perform an action of one or more actions. The one or more instructions may relate to a property of a user and/or a property of the email client of the user. Responsive to the one or more instructions, the plug-in performs the action.

摘要: Systems and methods for initiating an instant messaging chat session from an email thread are described. In examples, an email thread including at least one email is received and user identifiers form the at least one email are extracted. Presence information associated with each user identifier of the plurality of user identifiers is obtained and then ordered. The ordered plurality of user identifiers together with their presence information are displayed in a user interface window. A determination to display a user control associated with an instant messaging capability is based on the presence information associated with at least one user identifier of the plurality of user identifiers. Upon receiving an indication that the user control associated with the instant messaging chat capability is selected, an instant messaging chat session is initiated.

摘要: Various aspects disclosed relate to a method of creating a manifest record for an outgoing electronic communication. The method includes identifying at least one document to be sent with the outgoing electronic communication, receiving a message comprising unstructured text to be inserted into the outgoing electronic communication, generating a manifest record for attachment to the outgoing electronic communication, attaching the at least one document and the manifest record to the outgoing electronic communication, and sending the outgoing electronic communication with the document and the manifest record attached. The manifest record includes structured data specifying the document type and the message type, wherein generating the manifest record includes assigning the message type associated with the message and the document type associated with the at least one document to the manifest record.
