Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes generating behavior patterns based on historical behavior of a plurality of emails. The method further includes receiving an email message from a sender, wherein the email message is withheld from delivery to a recipient. The method further includes extracting a plurality of features from the email message. The method further includes determining whether content of the email message matches at least one criterion for suspicious content. The method further includes determining a reputation score associated with the sender based on a comparison of the extracted features with the behavior patterns, wherein the extracted features include an identity of the sender. The method further includes responsive to the content of the email message not matching the at least one criterion for suspicious content and the reputation score meeting a reputation threshold, delivering the email message to the recipient.

Abstract: Message filtering and management systems in a chat forward task facilitation communication system are described. One implementation involves receiving one or more pre-filtering inputs from a member, where the inputs include task associations to identify message types to hide or display from a real-time chat interface based on the task associations. A set of messages are processed in real-time using a filtering algorithm to associate one or more tasks with messages of the set of messages, where the one or more tasks correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member. A first message is displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a first task association with the first message, and a second message is hidden or not displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a second task association with the second message.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in content providing, searching and/or hosting systems supported by or configured with devices, servers and/or platforms. The disclosed systems and methods provide a novel messaging framework that automatically applies a multi-factor analysis technique to incoming and received messages in order to properly identify a message's type and category, which dictates the manner in which the message is displayed within a recipient's inbox. The disclosed framework operates on two levels: i) it determines whether a message is from a human or machine sender (H/M classification), and ii) it determines the messages category (MAGMA categorization).

Abstract: Systems and methods for causing display of a messaging achievement pictograph based on messaging activity are provided. In some example embodiments, a message activity communication is received by a messaging activity service from a client device, the messaging active communication causing and adjustment to a message activity score and the message activity score transgressing a first threshold activity score. Responsive to the message activity transgressing the first threshold activity score, an achievement pictograph is displayed on the client device. In some example embodiments, the pictograph may be ephemeral and removal of the pictograph may be triggered by a designated time or by the message activity score transgressing a second threshold activity score. In some example embodiments, a notification is generated that notifies a user of the display or removal from display of the achievement pictograph.

Abstract: A cyber threat defense system can incorporate data from a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application hosted by a third-party operator platform to identify cyber threats related to that SaaS application. The cyber threat defense module can have a SaaS module to collect third-party event data from the third-party operator platform. The cyber threat defense system can have a comparison module to compare third-party event data for a network entity to at least one machine-learning model of a network entity using a normal behavior benchmark to spot behavior deviating from normal benign behavior. The comparison module can identify whether the network entity is in a breach state. The cyber threat defense system can have a cyber threat module to identify whether the breach state and a chain of relevant behavioral parameters correspond to a cyber threat. An autonomous response module can execute an autonomous response in response to the cyber threat.

Abstract: A method of and system for synchronous communications between a sender and recipient(s) of a message containing a question include receiving over a network an indication that the message was sent from the sender to the recipients via a user interface of a first application or a first service and a response to the question was not received within a predetermined time, monitoring a digital location of the sender and the recipients, the digital location being an electronic application or service being currently utilized, determining whether the sender and at least one of the recipients are concurrently using a second application or a second service, and upon determining that the sender and at least one of the recipients are concurrently using the second application or the second service, sending a notification signal over the network to the sender or one of the one or more recipients to notify the sender or the recipient via a user interface element displayed on a client device that the sender and at least one of the recipients are available within the second application or the second service. The notification signal sent may include a reminder about the question.

Abstract: Example methods and systems recommend and summarize unread messages for a user on an online chat platform. A client device accesses multiple unread messages associated with the user, and a machine learning (ML) model provided by the online chat platform. The client device selects one or more unread messages from the multiple unread messages using the ML model trained with historical chat data and user metadata. The client device also generates a summary of some or all of the unread messages using a second ML model trained with the historical chat data and the user metadata. Abstract: A system includes a first computing device client associated with a first user in a community of users operable to send content to publish to a data aggregation server. The data aggregation server is operable to receive the content to publish from the first computing device client, host a first user profile associated with the first user of the first computing device client, the first user profile identifying a targeted recipient in the community of users, and disseminate automatically the content received from the first computing device client to a second computing device client associated with the targeted recipient, without receiving input from the first computing device client explicitly specifying the targeted recipient to whom the content is disseminated.
