摘要： Example methods and systems recommend and summarize unread messages for a user on an online chat platform. A client device accesses multiple unread messages associated with the user, and a machine learning (ML) model provided by the online chat platform. The client device selects one or more unread messages from the multiple unread messages using the ML model trained with historical chat data and user metadata. The client device also generates a summary of some or all of the unread messages using a second ML model trained with the historical chat data and the user metadata. The indication of the selected unread messages and the summary of unread messages are displayed on the client device.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a method and system to render the push notifications in a communication device of a user. The present disclosure includes a software development kit. The SDK works even when the battery optimization in the communication are turned on. The present disclosure has dedicated server allocations. Servers use firebase cloud messaging APIs to send a notification to the communication device. The FCM servers send the notification downstream to the one or more communication device's operating system to broadcast an intent. This intent is listened by the firebase cloud messaging software development kit installed in a memory of the communication device. The SDK passes the notification payload to a notification service of an application and the notification is rendered. Further, the present disclosure prevents ANR errors and may enable the FCM service in devices that may have not supported FCM service previously.

The store uses extension app identifiers which are related to app identifiers that are sent between devices in a conversation of messages so that a receiving device can, when it does not have the extension app installed to interact with received content, use the extension app identifier to download and install the required extension app. In one embodiment, the download and install can occur while the messaging app remains the foreground app, and the messaging app adds an icon of the newly installed extension app into a browsable tray in the UI of the messaging app.

One implementation involves receiving a set of messages between a member and a representative as the set of messages are being exchanged, processing the set of messages to identify one or more task flags associated with the set of messages, where the one or more task flags correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member, and tracking a chat flow within a chat interface, wherein the set of messages are exchanged within the chat interface. The chat flow is processed using a tagging algorithm to automatically assign at least one of the one or more task flags to messages of the set of messages, and message history is generated including the set of messages and corresponding task flag assignments with associated tasks of the set of tasks.
