摘要: A server of an on-premises data center used for a software platform identifies a condition impacting real-time communication services at a premises housing devices accessing the software platform. The server transmits, to a device of an administrator associated with the premises via a messaging application for real-time communication between two or more human-operated devices, a message indicating the condition and including one or more selectable elements each associated with a different action for addressing the condition. The server receives an indication of a selectable element selected from amongst the one or more selectable elements at the device of the administrator. The server causes performance of the action associated with the selected selectable element.

摘要: An approach for new recipient inclusion to e-mail chains. E-mail chain manager receives include participants associated with an e-mail chain, current participants in the current e-mail chain distribution and authorization rules associated with the e-mail chain. The e-mail chain manager determines inclusion authorizations for the include participants based on comparing the include participants with the authorization rules and creates authorization results associated with the include participants. In response to determining the authorization results are passed, the e-mail chain manager creates authorized include participants. The e-mail chain manager creates the participant notifications where the participant notifications are based on the authorized include participants and outputs the participant notifications based on predetermined participant preferences of the current participants. The e-mail chain manager outputs the e-mail chain to the authorized include participants and creates a next e-mail chain distribution based on combining the authorized include participants and the current participants.

摘要: An information exchange method, a client, and an apparatus where the method includes obtaining, by an email client, a receiver email address and email description information of a current email; determining, by the email client, whether an instant messaging account bound to the receiver email address satisfies a pre-stored session initiation condition; and if the instant messaging account bound to the receiver email address satisfies the session initiation condition, sending, by the email client, the receiver email address and the email description information to an instant messaging client in to which a sender instant messaging account is logged, so that the instant messaging client requests an instant messaging server to create a session including the sender instant messaging account and a receiver instant messaging account, and the instant messaging client sends, in the session, an instant messaging message including the email description information.
