Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing real-time fault management or real-time fault management system (“RFM”). In various embodiments, RFM may receive alerts from or associated with network devices (e.g., layer 2, 3, and/or 4 devices, or the like) that are disposed in a plurality of disparate networks that may utilize different alert management protocols and/or different fault management protocols. RFM may collect, enrich, normalize, aggregate, and display the alerts in a user interface to facilitate addressing of the alerts by a user. To enable continuous and real-time functionality, RFM may be implemented in a plurality of siloed platforms in a primary data center, with processing of alerts being load balanced across the siloed platforms, with mirrored group of siloed platforms in a secondary data center located geographically distant from the primary data center and configured to be on “hot standby” and to completely take over RFM processing operations.

Abstract: A set of resource requests that each includes authorization-supporting data for receiving a requested resource can be received. For each request, augmenting data associated with part of the data is retrieved, and it is determined whether access is authorized based on the augmenting data and the authorization-supporting data. A machine-learning model is trained using representations of the set of resource requests and the authorization determinations. Additional requests are processed by the trained model to generate corresponding authorization outputs. One or more identifiers to flag for inhibition of resource access are determined based on the authorization outputs. Upon detecting that a new resource request to access a particular resource includes an identifier of the one or more identifiers, a new authorization output is generated to inhibit access to the particular resource.

Abstract: A data distribution apparatus, includes: a first reception section of receiving first provision information and first request information via a first distribution path; a first determination section of determining whether the first provision information and the first request information satisfy a first condition; a second distribution path notification section of providing notification for prompting a provision apparatus and a usage apparatus to connect to a private second distribution path when the first condition is satisfied; a second reception section of receiving specific second provision information and specific second request information via the second distribution path; a second determination section of determining whether the second provision information and the second request information satisfy a second condition; and a provision notification section of providing notification for prompting the provision apparatus to provide the provision data to the usage apparatus via the second distribution path when the second condition is satisfied.

Abstract: Systems and methods of establishing service requests via a smart TV device are provided. A smart TV device can receive fault condition information. The smart TV device can establish a first communication session between the smart TV device and a server and can transmit a service request interaction, including the received fault condition information, to the server. The server can transmit the first service request interaction to a computing device in a contact center environment. The computing device can generate diagnostic information and can transmit the diagnostic information to the server, which can forward the diagnostic information to the smart TV device. The smart TV device can display a prompt to deflect the first service request interaction from the smart TV device to a mobile device of the user. The mobile device can establish a second communication session between the mobile device and the computing device in the contact center environment to complete the first service request interaction.

Abstract: Fault monitoring systems and methods presented herein perform steps comprising, in response to a host device receiving a valid command, if no fault condition is present in a circuit, communicating an acknowledgement response to the host device. Whether a fault condition is present in the circuit may be determined by a monitoring circuit. If a fault condition is found, an error acknowledgement response that is different from the acknowledgement response may be communicated to the host. Contrariwise, if an invalid command is received from the host, no acknowledgement response and no error acknowledgement response are communicated to reduce unnecessary communication.
