    摘要: A miniature combined multi-axis force sensor structure includes a sensor body, a first shell and a second shell, two horizontal main beams and two vertical main beams are arranged on the periphery of an inner round platform in a cross shape, tail ends of the horizontal main beams and the vertical main beams are each connected to a vertical floating beam, and the horizontal floating beams consist of two thin-walled cambered beams; two ends of the horizontal floating beam are each connected to an outer round platform by means of an annular platform; the sensor body is arranged between the first shell and the second shell; strain gauges are stuck on the horizontal main beams and the vertical main beams to form two Wheatstone bridges; and when force/torque acts on the cross beam, the sensor deforms, and the resistance value of strain gauge at corresponding position changes.

    摘要: A force sensor includes a first structure, four strain generation parts, and a second structure. The first structure is formed in such a way that a third axis penetrates therethrough. The four strain generation parts are provided along first and second axes on a reference plane formed by the first and second axes. The second structure is connected to the first structure with the strain generation parts interposed therebetween. The strain generation parts each includes a first beam part extending along the first axis or the second axis, and a second beam part extending in a direction orthogonal to the first beam part and connected to the first beam part at an intermediate part. The strain generation parts are formed in such a way that they are line-symmetric with respect to both the first axis and the second axis when projected in a direction of the third axis.

The detector includes: an insulation film layered on the first area; and strain gauges layered on the insulation film and being deformable in response to torque. The second surface of the first area is provided with screw holes that do not reach the first surface and into which fasteners are respectively screwed. A thickness defined between a bottom of each of the screw holes and the first surface is equal to or more than one fourth of a diameter of each of the screw holes.

    摘要: Systems and methods for monitoring stress in 3D-printed building structures using embedded and surface sensors. The sensors may be embedded during or after the 3D printing process. The sensors may be strain gauges integrally formed in the 3D-printed building structure or positioned on the surface of the 3D-printed building structure. The embedded and surface sensors may measure tensile and compressive deformation occurring during the printing process, material relaxation process, the transportation process, and at a final location of the 3D-printed building structure. Deformation data collected by the sensors may be compared to accepted threshold values based on the material of the 3D-printed building structure.

    摘要: Examples are disclosed that relate to methods and systems for classifying a surface type. One example provides a system comprising a wearable device comprising at least one force sensor, and a computing device having a processor and associated memory storing instructions executable by the processor. The instructions are executable by the processor to, during a training phase, receive training data including a plurality of training data pairs. Each training data pair includes force sensor training data received from the at least one force sensor, or from a simulation or observation, and a label indicating at least one of a plurality of defined surface types. An AI model is trained to predict a classified surface type based on run-time force sensor data. The run-time force sensor data is input into the trained AI model to thereby cause the AI model to output a predicted classification of a run-time surface type.

    摘要: There is provided a pressure sensing device including a plate-shaped member, plural strain sensitive materials arranged on the plate-shaped member, and a connection electrode electrically connected to a predetermined circuit. The plate-shaped member includes a surface portion having a center portion that receives force applied to a tip portion of a stylus. The plural strain sensitive materials include first and second strain sensitive materials arranged at different distances from the center portion of the surface portion of the plate-shaped member. The plural strain sensitive materials are formed on at least one surface portion of the plate-shaped member along with a conductive pattern that connects the first and second strain sensitive materials. The connection electrode is electrically connected to the plural strain sensitive materials, and the connection electrode is crimped and electrically connected to the predetermined circuit housed in the stylus.
