摘要: A method for producing a cartridge system for producing a beverage, where the cartridge system is insertable into a beverage preparation machine and has a cartridge with a reservoir filled with a beverage substance and a cartridge receptacle connected to the cartridge. The cartridge receptacle has a mixing chamber and a fluid feed opening into the mixing chamber. An aluminum sheet is provided in a first step. A main body is generated at least partially from the aluminum sheet by punching and either deep-drawing or impact extrusion in a second step. A sealing element is attached to the main body in a third step. The main body is connected to the cartridge receptacle in a fourth step.

摘要: A connection rod coupling assembly includes a settable shape mounting second component having a lateral, primary axis and a bearing assembly including a bearing assembly body. The bearing assembly body includes a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a center axis. The bearing assembly body is coupled to the settable shape mounting second component in a non-aligned configuration. That is, the bearing assembly body center axis is offset from the settable shape mounting second component primary axis. Thus, the position of the bearing assembly body center axis is adjustable by repositioning the settable shape mounting second component relative to a settable shape mounting first component on a swing lever. The adjustment of the bearing assembly body, in turn, adjusts the range of the ram assembly and the ram assembly body.

摘要: Disclosed are a stamping method and a deep-drawing die for an aluminum alloy liner of a large-volume hydrogen storage cylinder, which solve that technical problem of low production efficiency of processing the aluminum alloy liner of the large-volume hydrogen storage cylinder by adopting strong spin and thinning of an aluminum tube in the prior art. The stamping method includes heating and stamping an aluminum ingot into a cup-shaped rough blank, then cold deep drawing the cup-shaped rough blank for thinning and lengthening into an aluminium alloy liner, and the deep-drawing die includes terrace die and thinning dies.

The blank holder device has a blank holder sleeve, which, in a predetermined position exerts a blank holder force on a blank part. The sleeve is fastened to a head part and is stationary relative to it. To move the blank holder sleeve in a stroke direction, the head part is borne, through a head part guiding arrangement, at least at two front guide locations, to undergo translational motion in a stroke direction, and it is braced to be essentially stationary in all directions at right angles to the stroke direction. On the side opposite the blank holder sleeve, the head part is connected with at least one drive element of the blank holder drive device and that can, together with the head part, be moved by a motor and a coupling arrangement in the stroke direction.

摘要: A method for manufacture of a metal can body is described in which two or more stretching operations are used so as to reduce the thickness of the central part of a cup base, prior to drawing the cup sidewall and forming a can body. By using two or more stretching operations, it has been found possible to control the thickness of the base without significantly reducing pressure performance of the finished can. Alternative embodiments of apparatus comprising tooling for carrying out this method are also described.

摘要: A cooling gas system for a can bodymaker tool pack is provided. The cooling gas system uses a compressed gas to cool a punch and/or a die pack. That is, a compressed gas is delivered to at least one location adjacent the punch and die pack. A nozzle assembly directs the compressed gas toward a selected location. As the compressed gas passes through the nozzle assembly, or immediately after passing through the nozzle assembly, the compressed gas expands. As is known, an expanding gas cools as it expands. Thus, a cool gas is directed to the surface of the punch and the die pack. The cool gas absorbs heat from the punch and die pack thereby cooling the heated components.
