摘要: A battery cell housing which delimits an interior chamber for receiving a core material providing electrical energy. The battery cell housing consists of a housing shell and a housing cover. The housing shell has a floor and a housing shell wall extending coaxially to a housing axis, proceeding from the floor. The housing cover has a pot or bowl-shaped form. The housing cover is inserted into the housing shell wall at a distance from the floor after the core material has been introduced. The housing shell wall is mechanically connected to the housing cover by a folded joint, preferably a double folded joint. There is no integrally joined connection according to the invention. The folded joint is implemented radially inward toward the housing axis and is located closer to the housing axis than the outer surface of the housing shell wall, when viewed radially to the housing axis.

The sleeve is fastened to a head part and is stationary relative to it. To move the blank holder sleeve in a stroke direction, the head part is borne, through a head part guiding arrangement, at least at two front guide locations, to undergo translational motion in a stroke direction, and it is braced to be essentially stationary in all directions at right angles to the stroke direction. On the side opposite the blank holder sleeve, the head part is connected with at least one drive element of the blank holder drive device and that can, together with the head part, be moved by a motor and a coupling arrangement in the stroke direction.

A drivable first transport part having a plurality of first transport pockets is provided. A first clearance exists between the outer contour of the blank and the inner contour of the first transport pocket. The transport device has a second transport part having a plurality of second transport pockets. A second clearance is provided between the outer contour of the blank and the inner contour of the second transport pocket. The second clearance is larger than the first clearance. The blanks are transferred at a transfer location from a particular first transport pocket into a second transport pocket. The blanks are transported in the second transport pocket to the minting station, and a coin is minted there from the blank.

摘要: A forming device and a method for forming an inner rim of an annular round blank. The forming device has a lower tool with a movable die and an upper tool arranged opposite the lower tool along a working axis A. By means of the die, the annular round blank is moved out of a transport plane T and into a forming position U towards the upper tool and into the interior of a holding sleeve. Subsequently, the inner rim is formed with the aid of a forming tool. After forming, the annular round blank is moved out of the forming position U and back into the transport plane T by means of the lower tool and/or the upper tool. The forming device and the forming method can occur while the round blanks are being fed to an embossing station while being transported by a revolving table.

摘要: The invention relates to a testing device 10, that can be a component of a feeding device to feed coin blanks 11 to a coining press or a minting station 12. The testing device 10 has a contactless measuring first sensor device 30 and/or a second sensor device 40. Every sensor device 30, 40 that is present controls an associated removal device 32 or 41. Each sensor device 30, 40 detects a certain property of the coin blank and compares it with a corresponding standard specification. If an unacceptable deviation from the specification is detected, the sensor device 30, 40 in question controls the respective associated removal device 32, 41 to discharge the coin blank from a main conveyor device 13 which transports the coin blanks from a feeding end 14 to an exit end 15.
