    摘要: An ICP emission spectrophotometer includes an inductively coupled plasma device, a spectroscope, and a computer. The spectroscope includes an incidence window, an incidence side slit, a diffraction grating, an emission window, an emission side slit, and a detector. Measurement conditions including diffraction condition and a measurement result are displayed on a display device. In a case where there are a plurality of diffraction conditions each including a combination of a diffraction grating and a diffraction order for measuring desired diffracted light, comparison information including at least an intensity and a resolution of emitted light in the diffraction condition is displayed on the display device. A measurer selects diffraction conditions in which resolution is higher from among the diffraction conditions, and selects a diffraction condition in which an intensity is obtained from among the selected diffraction conditions.

    摘要: An adjustable aperture device for an electromagnetic radiation detecting apparatus includes a position adjustment body configured for adjusting a position of a selected aperture hole of multiple selectable aperture holes, where electromagnetic radiation propagates through the selected aperture hole. The adjustable aperture device further includes a guide unit configured for guiding the position adjustment body along a predefined guide direction, and an aperture body defining the aperture holes and including multiple engagement sections, where the adjustment body is engagable in a selectable one of the engagement sections to thereby select the selected aperture hole. The adjustable aperture device further includes a pre-loading element configured for pre-loading the position adjustment body towards the aperture body, and a drive unit configured for driving the aperture body to move so that the position adjustment body is engaged in a respective one of the plurality of engagement sections.

    摘要: A spectrometer (10) for gas analysis is provided, the spectrometer comprising a measurement cell (28) having a gas to be investigated, a light source (12) for the transmission of light (14) into the measurement cell (28) on a light path (16), a filter arrangement (22) having a Fabry-Perot filter (24a-c) in the light path (16), in order to set frequency properties of the light (14) by means of a transmission spectrum of the filter arrangement (22), as well as a detector (36, 38) which measures the absorption of the light (14) by the gas (30) in the measurement cell (28). In this connection the filter arrangement (22) has a plurality of Fabry-Perot filters (24a-c) arranged behind one another in the light path (14) and a control unit (44) for the filter arrangement (22) is provided in order to change the transmission spectrum by setting at least one of the Fabry-Perot filters (24a-c).

    摘要: A spectral camera having an objective lens, an array of lenses for producing optical copies of segments of the image, an array of filters for the different optical channels and having an interleaved spatial pattern, and a sensor array to detect the copies of the image segments is disclosed. Further, detected segment copies of spatially adjacent optical channels have different passbands and represent overlapping segments of the image, and detected segment copies of the same passband on spatially non-adjacent optical channels represent adjacent segments of the image which fit together. Having segments of the image copied can help enable better optical quality for a given cost. Having an interleaved pattern of the filter bands with overlapping segments enables each point of the image to be sensed at different bands to obtain the spectral output for many bands simultaneously to provide better temporal resolution.

    摘要: Systems and methods for standardizing one or more fluorescence scanning instruments to a reference system by separating the effects of drift and normalization. In an embodiment, a drift image comprising an image of a drift reference slide is captured by a system to be standardized. A drift measurement is calculated using the drift image. A first normalization image comprising an image of a normalization slide is also captured by the system to be standardized. A reference normalization image, also comprising an image of the normalization slide, is captured by a reference system. The first normalization image is compared to the reference normalization image to determine a gamma value and offset value for the system to be standardized.
