摘要: Disclosed are an aerogel with a hierarchical pore structure formed using a pulsed laser technology, and a preparation method and use thereof. In the preparation method, a nano silicon-containing inorganic material as a freezing element, a biomass polymer as a cross-linking agent, and deionized water as a solvent are mixed and a resulting mixture is left to stand and gelatinized to obtain a hydrogel; the hydrogel is frozen to form ice crystals therein, and the ice crystals are removed by freeze-drying to obtain a micron-nano porous aerogel; the micron-nano porous aerogel is subjected to customized millimeter-scale punching using a pulsed laser to obtain an aerogel with a millimeter-micron-nano hierarchical pore structure.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the combined processing of at least two polymer melts selected from the group consisting of (M1), (M2) and (M3), wherein (M1) is a polymer melt comprising a terephthalate polyester (A1), (M2) is a polymer melt comprising a copolyester (A2) on the basis of terephthalic acid, at least one aliphatic, ω-dicarboxylic acid and at least one aliphatic 1,ω-diol, and (M3) is a polymer melt 0 comprising a copolyester (A3) on the basis of terephthalic acid, at least one polytetramethylene glycol and at least one aliphatic 1,ω-diol. The method comprises the alternating processing of the at least two polymer melts into at least one product selected from the group consisting of pellets (P1), fibers (P2), expanded particles (P3), preforms (P4) and articles (P5).

摘要: Described herein are physically crosslinked, closed cell continuous foam structures comprising low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), or a combination of LDPE and LLDPE, and olefin block copolymer (OBC). The foam structure can be obtained by extruding a foam composition comprising LDPE, LLDPE, or a combination of LDPE and LLDPE, and OBC, irradiating the composition with ionizing radiation, and foaming the composition.

摘要: A process for producing PU foams, preferably flexible PU foams, can be performed by reacting at least one polyol component, comprising a recycled polyol, with at least one isocyanate component in the presence of one or more catalysts that catalyse the isocyanate-polyol and/or isocyanate-water reactions and/or isocyanate trimerization. The recycled polyol is obtained by hydrolysis of a polyurethane, by contacting said polyurethane with water in the presence of a specific base-catalyst-combination.

Vehicle components are formed from the polyurethane foam.

摘要: Components for articles of footwear and athletic equipment including a foam are provided. The foam portion of the components and articles include a composition which includes a thermoplastic copolyester, the composition having a foam structure. A polymer layer is provided on at least on surface of the foam portion. The polymer layer can control or reduce the water uptake of the foam portion. Methods of making the compositions, foams, and components are provided, as well as methods of making an article of footwear including one of the foam components. In some aspects, the foams and foam components can be made by injection molding, or injection molding followed by compression molding.

摘要: A biodegradable tire includes an elastomeric matrix and a shape memory alloy scaffold integral with the matrix. The elastomeric matrix includes (by weight of the matrix) a flax seed material derived from 14% to 19%, a guayule-derived natural rubber from 55% to 65%, a metal oxide from 12% to 15%, a carbon-based filler from 9% to 12%, and one or both of an antioxidant and an antiozonant, each from 1.8% to 3.1%. Further, the tire is airless. In addition, the shape memory alloy scaffold comprises a Ni—Ti shape memory alloy, a Cu—Zn shape memory alloy, or a combination thereof.

摘要: The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of films for floor. The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring, which is prepared from components including, in parts by mass, 100 parts of PVC, 300-380 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-12 parts of a stabilizer, 2-8 parts of processing aid ACR, 12-16 parts of a foaming regulator, 0.1-0.5 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of G60 lubricant, and 2-4 parts of PE wax. In the disclosure, the density of the PVC plastics flooring is reduced to 1.4-1.6 g/cm3 even increasing the amount of calcium carbon, thereby greatly reducing the production cost and improving the economic efficiency.
