摘要: The invention belongs to the field of insulating materials, in particular cable insulating materials, and particularly relates to a modified flexible polypropylene insulating material, and preparation method and use thereof. The modified flexible polypropylene insulating material comprises a propylene-based continuous phase, and a rubber phase and a grafted phase derived from an unsaturated bond-containing polymerizable monomer dispersed in the propylene-based continuous phase; wherein, the modified flexible polypropylene insulating material has a content of xylene solubles of 10-55 wt %, preferably 15-45 wt %, more preferably 18-40 wt %, and still more preferably 20-40 wt %, based on the total weight of the modified flexible polypropylene insulating material; the content of structural units derived from the unsaturated bond-containing polymerizable monomer and in a grafted state in the modified flexible polypropylene insulating material is 0.3-6 wt %, and preferably 0.7-5 wt %; the flexural modulus of the modified flexible polypropylene insulating material is 200-1000 MPa, preferably 200-950 MPa, more preferably 200-700 MPa, and still more preferably 250-600 MPa; preferably, the ratio of the mass of the structural units derived from the unsaturated bond-containing polymerizable monomer in xylene insolubles to the mass of the structural units derived from the unsaturated bond-containing polymerizable monomer in the modified flexible polypropylene insulating material is more than 0.1, preferably 0.3-0.9. The modified flexible polypropylene insulating material of the invention can give consideration to both mechanical property and electrical property at a higher working temperature, and is suitable for working conditions of high temperature and high operating field strength.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a crosslinked polyethylene pipe having excellent physical properties. The crosslinked polyethylene pipe according to the present disclosure has optimized the degree of crosslinking and storage modulus by finding out the optimum physical property range between the degree of crosslinking and the storage modulus which have a mutual trade-off relationship, whereby the crosslinked polyethylene pipe according to the present disclosure has excellent long-term durability and short-term pressure resistance, and thus can be applied to various fields requiring these physical properties.

摘要: Compositions are provided including an uncrosslinked thermoplastic nitrogen-containing matrix material and composite particles distributed in the matrix material. The composite particles each include a chemical blowing agent particle encapsulated within a shell including an uncrosslinked thermoplastic material. The uncrosslinked thermoplastic material exhibits at least a certain minimum complex viscosity at a decomposition temperature of the chemical blowing agent particle. Also described are foam compositions and articles including the foam compositions, such as a sheet or multilayer construction. Composite particles are further provided. Methods of making the foam compositions are additionally described herein. Also, polishing pads, polishing systems, and methods of polishing a substrate are provided.

摘要: A hybrid crosslinked polymeric membrane and a process for fabricating the same are provided. Specifically, the hybrid crosslinked polymer membrane comprises a glassy polymer and a ladder-structured polysilsesquioxane and has a crosslinked structure. The hybrid crosslinked polymer membrane can have an excellent permeability of carbon dioxide by virtue of an increase in the free volume and enhanced plasticization resistance, chemical resistance, and durability.

摘要: A recycled material based on in-situ compatibilization and chain extension is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-70 parts of waste HIPS, 30-70 parts of waste PP, 2-6 parts of POE, 0.1-0.4 part of an alkylation reaction catalyst, 0.1-0.3 part of a co-catalyst, and 2-8 parts of a macromolecular chain extender. Further, a preparation method for the recycled material based on in-situ compatibilization and chain extension is provided.

In other aspects, the present disclosure pertains to systems for forming a hydrogel composition that comprise (a) a polyamino iodinated compound and (b) a reactive polymer that comprises a plurality of reactive groups that are reactive with the amino groups of the polyamino iodinated compound. 摘要: The present invention is a process to produce Z-Chitosan to provide consistent and long-lasting antimicrobial, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-spore, and anti-odor characteristics, the process comprises steps of preparing a liquid active agent comprising 50 ppm to 5,000 ppm aqueous solution of each of a Chitosan group, a herbal extract group, and a catalyst group using an emulsion crosslinking method for 24 to 144 hours at normal room conditions; preparing a powder form of the active agent by drying the liquid active agent; encapsulating the powder form of the active agent within a plastic, a polymer, a fabric to make a masterbatch of the product, and finally blending 1 to 10 percent of the masterbatch with a batch of plastic, polymer, or fabric to make an antimicrobial product, whereby the product shows antimicrobial and self-sanitizing efficacy for contact time between 2 hours to 24 hours and maintains its antimicrobial efficacy in the scale of years in different environment conditions.
