摘要: A phenol compound comprises a phenyl group, a hydroxy group directly bonded to the phenyl group, and at least one polymeric substituent bound to the phenyl group. The polymeric substituent comprises three or more monomers units. A method for producing a polyurethane polymer comprises the steps of (a) providing a polyol; (b) providing a polyisocyanate compound; (c) providing the phenol compound described above; (d) combining the polyol, the polyisocyanate compound, and the phenol compound to produce a reaction mixture; and (e) allowing the polyol and the polyisocyanate compound to react to produce a polyurethane polymer.

摘要: The present invention provides a sulfur containing polyisocyanate polyaddition (PIPA) polyether polyol dispersion at a readily processible viscosity for use in making flexible polyurethane foams having inherent flame retardant properties that comprises a polyether polyol carrier and from 10 to 25 wt. %, based on the total weight of the dispersion, of particles of a sulfur containing polyisocyanate polyaddition (PIPA) polyether polyol having a particle size diameter (PSD), as determined by laser light scattering, of 90%, by volume, of the particles in the dispersion having a maximum PSD of from 0.2 to 4.5 am and that, further, contain two or more aromatic carbamate groups. The dispersion may further comprise water or a blowing agent, g) one or more catalysts; and f) one or more polyisocyanates in a foam forming mixture. In addition, the present invention provides methods for making the sulfur containing PIPA polyether polyol dispersion comprising mixing polyol reactants under shear and delaying the addition of the sulfur containing polyol or extender reactant.

摘要: This invention relates to a novel polyol composition and a process for preparing these polyol compositions. These novel polyol compositions comprise (a) an in-situ formed polyol blend which comprises (i) one or more polyether monols and (ii) one or more polyether polyols; and (b) a polyether polyol. This invention also relates to a process for preparing an open celled, flexible polyurethane foam in which the isocyanate-reactive component comprises this novel polyol composition, and to a viscoelastic polyurethane foam wherein the isocyanate-reactive comprise the novel polyol composition.

摘要: The present technology provides a one-part moisture curable adhesive composition and a production method thereof. The adhesive composition contains: a preliminary composition containing a urethane prepolymer and a reaction product of an aliphatic isocyanate A and an aminosilane compound B or a monoterpene alcohol; and a dimethyl tin catalyst represented by Formula (1) below. In Formula (1), X1 and X2 each independently represent a divalent heteroatom and R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group that may have a heteroatom.

摘要: Described are (a) a process for production of polyurethane foam by reacting one or more polyol components with one or more isocyanate components, wherein wax having a congealing point in the range from 40° C. to 90° C. is employed as an additive, (b) a polyurethane foam obtainable by said process, (c) the use of waxes having a congealing point in the range from 40° C. to 90° C. as an additive in the manufacture of polyurethane foams to coarsen the foam structure, and also (d) a polyurethane foam production composition containing a wax having a congealing point in the range from 40° C. to 90° C.
