    摘要: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor substrate that, even when a substrate which has, on a surface thereof, a three-dimensional structure having nanometer-scale microvoids on a surface thereof is used, can allow an impurity diffusion ingredient to be uniformly diffused into the substrate at the whole area thereof where the diffusion agent composition is coated, including the whole inner surfaces of the microvoids, while suppressing the occurrence of defects in the substrate. A coating film having a thickness of not more than 30 nm is formed on a surface of a substrate under such conditions that an atmosphere around the substrate has a relative humidity of not more than 40%, using a diffusion agent composition comprising an impurity diffusion ingredient and a Si compound that is hydrolyzable to produce a silanol group.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a structure represented by the following general formula (I), as well as the preparation process and use thereof. According to the technical solution of the invention, a novel fluorine-containing polymer with a larger molecular weight and an aromatic side group is obtained through a simple reaction, and it can be used as a non-ionic fluorine carbon surfactant, and especially, is applicable to the preparation of a pigment dispersion. Additionally, the invention further relates to a pigment dispersion and the preparation process thereof. In the invention, a little non-ionic fluorine carbon surfactant is added into a traditional pigment dispersion, whereby the interface energy in the pigment dispersion system can be improved, and the aggregation and agglomeration of pigment particles are prevented, as a result, the particle diameter and viscosity are less changed with the lapse of time, and there is no precipitate occurred, therefore, the stability of the pigment dispersion is improved significantly.

    摘要: A thermosettable (curable) epoxy resin composition including (A) a residual oligomeric product; wherein the residual oligomeric product comprises a polyfunctional aliphatic or cycloaliphatic epoxy resin which has been isolated from an epoxy resin product formed as a result of an epoxidation process comprising the reaction of (i) an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydroxyl-containing material with (ii) an epihalohydrin, (iii) a basic-acting substance, (iv) a non-Lewis acid catalyst, and (V) optionally one or more solvents; (B) an epoxy curing material comprising (i) an epoxy resin curing agent, (ii) an epoxy resin catalyst, or both an epoxy resin curing agent (i) and an epoxy resin catalyst (ii); and (C) optionally, an epoxy resin compound other than the aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyfunctional epoxy resin (A). A thermoset may also be made from the above thermosettable composition.

    摘要: An epoxy resin with amine functionality is manufactured continuously through a first reaction zone in which an epoxide-functional resin is made by ring-opening addition, a second reaction zone in which the resin is reacted with amine to make an epoxide-functional product, and a third reaction zone in which the epoxide functional product is reacted with amine to make the epoxy resin with amine functionality. In other embodiments, some amine may be added in the first reaction zone to produce an epoxide functional product, with elimination of the second reaction zone, or all of the amine reactant may be added in the first reaction zone to produce an amine functional product, with elimination of both the second and third reaction zones. Optionally, solvent may be removed in an evaporation zone and recycled into the continuous process and further zones may be included to incorporate crosslinker, additives, and to emulsify the resin.
