The compositions for the manufactured products combine a binder and the by-product. The composition contains a greater percentage by weight of the by-product than the binder. The methods for producing manufactured products include dewatering the gypsum-depleted waste stream to reduce a water content, and forming the manufactured product. The method for making a liquid absorbent includes dewatering, granulating, drying, heating, and packaging a granulated gypsum-depleted composition as the liquid absorbent. The processes for disposal of flammable liquids include distributing a by-product into contact with flammable liquid, absorbing the liquid, transporting, and igniting the flammable liquid. The artificial soils are a combination of by-product and animal waste, human waste, or another bio-solid.

A method of manufacturing a thermal insulator according to the present invention includes a curing step of curing a dry pressed compact including metal oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 50 nm and a reinforcing fiber under a pressurized vapor saturated atmosphere at a temperature equal to or higher than 100° C. for four hours and a drying step of drying the cured dry pressed compact.

A green brick includes a brick body that is further consisted of a lubrication adhesive and an aggregate. The lubrication adhesive and the aggregate are mixed and then applied by a specific pressure so as to form the brick body. The lubrication adhesive is consisted of an activating solution and a binder. The binder is blast furnace slag, agricultural waste ashes, or a combination of the blast furnace slag and the agricultural waste ashes. Thus, the blast furnace slag and the agricultural waste ashes that are originally to be discarded are now recycled to form the green brick, such that the environmental pollution caused thereby can be reduced to a minimum.

The present invention relates to non-combustible composite panels, comprising two outer layers (24) and a core (10, 16). Moreover, the invention provides a method for manufacturing of non-combustible composite panels. The amount of organic ingredients within the core, is reduced insofar as to allow for a heat of combustion adequate to reach non-flammability, while providing sufficient flexibility for the composite panel. Magnesium hydroxide is implemented within the core to obtain extraordinary flame retardation. In order to manufacture the inventive composite panels a continuous press (34) is utilized replacing extruders (14) known by the state of the art.
