    摘要: An inorganic board contains, in a solid content ratio, 30 to 70 mass % of hydraulic material, 5 to 15 mass % of reinforcing fiber, and 1 to 30 mass % of wollastonite having a wet volume (after being allowed to stand for 30 minutes) of 15 to 45 ml. Also, a method includes: step of producing a slurry containing hydraulic material, reinforcing fiber, and wollastonite; step of producing a sheet by dehydrating the slurry; and step of pressing and curing the sheet; wherein, in the step of producing a slurry, a composition of the slurry is set so as to contain, in a solid content ratio, 30 to 70 mass % of hydraulic material, 5 to 15 mass % of reinforcing fiber, and 1 to 30 mass % of wollastonite having a wet volume (after being allowed to stand for 30 minutes) of 15 to 45 ml.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing high purity fiber cement grades of cellulose fibers is described. Additional washing steps, coupled with an elevated temperature, are used in the process to extensively wash the pulps and remove substantially all COD components remaining in the pulps. The pulps are counter-currently washed by diffusion and dewatering at elevated temperatures following the brown stock washer systems. During the additional washing steps, the pulps are soaked in counter-current heated water for a pre-determined time and some chemicals may be introduced to chemically break down the COD components in the pulps and to make them more soluble in the aqueous solution. The additional washing steps can be performed using existing equipment at conventional pulp mills.

    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide an inorganic board excellent in water absorption resistance, dimensional stability and/or frost damage resistance, and a method for producing the same. The inorganic board is produced through the following processes: preparing a slurry by dispersing a cement-based hydraulic material and a refined fiber reinforcing material into water, adding a saturated carboxylic acid to the slurry, and then the slurry is subjected to the steps of sheetmaking, dehydration, pressing and curing. The inorganic board comprising a refined fiber reinforcing material at 1-30 weight % based on the total solid content and a saturated carboxylic acid at 0.1-2.0% based on the total solid content.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic board which has high mechanical strength, much improved dimensional stability, freezing and fusion resistance. To attain said object, the present invention provides an inorganic board made of a cured material being a raw material mixture containing a cementitious inorganic material, a silica containing material, a woody reinforcement, and a water soluble synthetic resin, wherein the mass ratio of said cementitious inorganic material and said silica containing material is set to be in the range of between 35:65 and 45:55, to promote the hardening reaction of said inorganic board, and to reduce the unreacted materials, solving the problem of the retardation of the cement hardening by said water soluble synthetic resin.
