摘要： A machine washable and dryable yoga mat with an upper layer comprising a towel material, a central layer comprising a layer of fusible foam material fused to the upper layer, and a lower layer comprising a polymer-coated fabric. The upper, central, and lower layers are stitched together to form a rectangular yoga mat body. The upper layer has a width greater than the widths of the central and lower layers such that border strips of the upper layer can be wrapped around the lateral edges of the central and lower layers and fastened. The layers are joined by side stitching that traverses longitudinally adjacent to the lateral edges of the yoga mat body, by end stitching that traverses laterally across the yoga mat body adjacent to the first and second ends thereof, and by a plurality of spaced lines of lateral stitching that traverse laterally across the yoga mat body.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to stranded elastomeric laminates (including bi-laminates and tri-laminates) comprising beamed elastics and may have inventive Dtex-to-Nonwoven-Basis-Weight-Ratios, Dtex-to-Spacing-Ratios, and/or Void-Area-to-Strand-Area-Ratios. The stranded laminates of the present disclosure may be used for disposable absorbent article components (including pant belts) and may comprise inventive bonding arrangements that yield inventive textures and texture arrangements. When the inventive stranded elastomeric laminates are used for pant belts, the pants may have inventive Application-Forces, Sustained-Fit-Load-Forces, and Sustained-Fit-Unload-Forces. Further, when absorbent articles are packaged under compression at inventive In-Bag-Stack-Heights, the stranded elastomeric laminates of the present disclosure maintain their inventive properties and characteristics, including their inventive textures.

摘要： In one method, a piece of nonwoven PET or PP fabric is formed into a tote bag using a bag forming device. Seams of the tote bag are ultrasonically welded using an ultrasonic bag welding device. The ultrasonic bag welding device includes at least one sonotrode. In another method, BOPP film is received and a full-color graphic is printed on the BOPP film for each tote bag using a printer. The printed BOPP film is received from the printer and nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from a roll of nonwoven PP or PET fabric using a laminator. The printed BOPP film is laminated to the nonwoven PP or PET fabric. The printed BOPP film laminated to nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from the laminator and a finished version of each tote bag is produced using an ultrasonic bag welding device.

As a first step, a specific fiber cloth (100), which is the woven fabric formed of the thread made of a specific fiber, and a backing sheet (200) formed of a thermoplastic resin are stacked. Subsequently, embroidery is performed with an embroidery thread (300) to form a design on a front surface of the specific fiber cloth (100). The embroidery thread (300) is made of the specific fiber, and penetrates through the specific fiber cloth (100) and the backing sheet (200). Then, the specific fiber cloth (100) and the backing sheet (200) are sandwiched between resin sheets (400) each formed of a thermoplastic resin, and the whole is cured by an RFI method.
