摘要: A sound attenuating material having a homogenous mixture of an organic man-made fiber, an inorganic man-made fiber, a binder, and a cellulose material wherein the organic man-made fiber is polyester, the inorganic man-made fiber is fiberglass, and the binder is a thermosetting resin. A sound attenuating composite is defined by the sound attenuating material and a ground EVA or a mixture of EVA and one or more recycled materials to define a gradient density sound attenuating composite material. Further, the gradient density composite may optionally include a polyfilm upon which the ground EVA or recycled materials may be disposed or two layers of polyfilm to surround the EVA or EVA mixture. The EVA may be pure EVA or may include a mineral fill.

摘要: The invention relates to a rigid board plastic flooring comprising a wear layer, a decoration layer, a first connecting layer and a bottom layer which are connected in sequence, and also relates to the production method thereof. The bottom layer of the flooring is prepared using extrusion molding without adding plasticizer. The product is therefore more environmentally friendly. The edge of the click product is not easily damaged during storage and transportation as the bottom layer comprises a plastic hard board and the strength of the click profile is strong.

摘要: A roller blind assembly is described that is made at least in part with a laminate material that includes a roller blind screen and a non-woven backing material applied to the roller blind screen by pressure or heat. If an adhesive is used, the adhesive can be applied to the front side of the non-woven backing material, after which the front side of the non-woven backing material is then attached or bonded to the rear side of the roller blind screen to form the roller blind laminate material. When placed in an architectural opening, such as a window, the roller blind laminate material can reduce or diffuse the light transmission in a room to create a diffused, opaque, or shielded view to the outside while still providing a warm ambiance to an architectural structure or room.

摘要: Thermoplastic polymer compositions are disclosed that can be processed into capstocks having a reduced gloss appearance, high impact strength and superior weatherability. The capstocks described herein are especially useful for extrusion into articles. They are also useful for application to various poor weathering structural plastic articles for preparing multi-layered composites having improved weatherability. Methods for manufacturing structural plastic capstocks and composites and articles produced therefrom having reduced gloss appearance are also described.
