摘要: The present apparatus and method relates in general to sealing a hole in a floor with a precast plug. A precast plug is created by pouring a wet aggregate mix into a form mold and thereafter inserting a pre formed rod into the uncured mixture, positioning it such that the center of the rod rests in the center of the form mold and the ends of the rod extend outward near the top of the form mold. The mix is then cured. The precast plug may then be transported to the hole that it is destined to fix. Grooves may be carved on either side of the hole to accommodate the rod' s ends. The interior of the hole and the exterior of the plug may then be covered with a sealant, after which the plug may be inserted into the hole. Once the sealant cures, the hole is fully repaired.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing sheets based on hydraulic binder, particularly sheets of plasterboard with feathered edges. This method comprises the steps of: 1) making a mark (301) on a facing (2 or 3) of the preform (5); 2) detecting the mark (301); and 3) sending an actuating signal to a device (9) for cutting the preform (5). The invention also relate to a production line for producing such sheets, and to an apparatus, particularly for making an impression (12, 12bis) in a preform (5). This apparatus comprises: a frame (101); first (102, 103) and second (105, 106) pulleys; two belts (108, 109) wrapped around the pulleys (102, 103, 105, 106); at least one wire (111) extending between these belts (108, 109) so that its axis is parallel to the axis of the pulleys (102, 103, 105, 106).

摘要: A device for forming panels of cast concrete having simulated mortar lines. The device rests above a casting bed on the beds rails. As the bed moves relative to the device, the movement is translated to a shuttle and press mechanism that descends into the uncured concrete, makes the impression, lifts and returns to the start. At this time the rear mortar line is now in position with the device to make a new forward line due to the indexing of the bed movement relative to the device.

摘要: A method of finishing the surface of a structure, which comprises fixing a rigid or elastic pattern member on a surface, with the pattern member including a releasable covering material applied thereto, applying a coating material to the surface and the member, removing the covering material, which is peelably attached on the surface of the pattern member, together with an uncured portion of the coating material placed on top of the pattern member, before the coating material is completely dried, and curing the coating material. In this way, the pattern member remains in the coating material as a joint, providing an attractive surface finish disposed within the coating material.
