    摘要: Embodiments herein provide mechanisms for a receiving device to indicate to a transmitting device viewport information to indicate a region of interest for point cloud video content. For example, the receiving device may transmit a real-time transport control protocol (RTCP) feedback message that includes the viewport information. The viewport information includes an indication of a reference point for the region of interest. The receiving device may receive, from the transmitting device, the point cloud video for the region of interest based on the viewport information. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

    摘要: Technology for a local user equipment (UE) operable to perform video conferencing with a remote UE is disclosed. The local UE can define a region of interest (ROI) within a field of view of a camera of the remote UE. The local UE can map the ROI to one or more pan, tilt, zoom and focus (PTZF) commands. The local UE can send the one or more PTZF commands to the remote UE, wherein the remote UE is configured to identify the ROI based on the one or more PTZF commands. The local UE can receive encoded video within the ROI from the remote UE. The encoded video can include the regions within the ROI at an increased zoom level while substantially maintaining a defined quality level to enable the encoded video within the ROI to be rendered and displayed at the local UE.

    摘要: Disclosed in some examples is a method of media repair in an IMS based network, the method includes communicating with an IMS network using SIP to setup a download session with a BMSC over a MBMS bearer; responsive to determining that one or more received encoding symbols of media downloaded using the established MBMS bearer cannot be decoded: requesting a file repair procedure from the IMS network component using a SIP re-invite request, the SIP re-invite request including an address of an HTTP repair server indicated by the IMS network component during the MBMS bearer setup; responsive to receiving a SIP acknowledgement indicating that the request was successful, requesting an HTTP connection with the HTTP server to re-download the one or more encoding symbols of the media that could not be decoded; and receiving the one or more encoding symbols from the HTTP server.
