Abstract:
An objective observation optical material comprises a sheet material composed of a plurality of spot-like transparent portions and an opaque portion and each of the spot-like transparent portions is formed into a circular shape having preferably a diameter of 0.7 to 2.0 mm or substantially a polygonal shape (including one whose sides are curved arcuately) inscribing or circumscribing such circle. The spot-like transparent portions are arranged to scatter in uniformly arranged positions so as to form connected regular triangles or squares whose sides are for example in the range from 2.0 to 5.5 mm.
Abstract:
A photosensitive resin composition contains: (a) an alkali-soluble polyimide; (b) a compound which has two or more epoxy groups and/or oxetanyl groups in each molecule; and (c) a quinonediazide compound. Less than 10 parts by weight of an acrylic resin is contained per 100 parts by weight of the polyimide (a); and the content of the compound (b) is not less than 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyimide (a).

Abstract:
A siloxane resin composition comprising a siloxane compound and 1-t-butoxy-2-propanol is provided as a siloxane resin composition capable of being applied onto a substrate with a level difference and good in the capability to cover the level difference of the substrate.
Abstract:
An exhaust device for an internal combustion engine with an exhaust pipe having a two pipe structure arranged such that the outer pipe and the inner pipe touch each other, the inner pipe being divided into first and second inner pipe sections at a location along the length of the inner pipe. The first and second inner pipes are arranged so that their facing ends are separated, in order to absorb shifts caused by thermal expansion of the pipe. The ends of both the outer pipe and the inner pipe are affixed together. The outer pipe may also be divided into first and second outer pipe sections at a location along the length of the outer pipe. The first and second outer pipe sections are joined in a telescopic joint.
Abstract:
Provided is a process for producing an adhesive sheet having a singulated adhesive layer (b) on a carrier film (a), comprising the following steps in the order mentioned: Step A: cutting an adhesive film having a carrier film (a), an adhesive layer (b), and a cover film (c) in the order mentioned locally only at the adhesive layer (b) and the cover film (c) by means of local half-cutting; Step B: peeling only the cover film (c) at unwanted parts of the adhesive film; Step C: applying adhesive tape to the side of the cover film (c) of the adhesive film; and Step D: peeling the adhesive layer (b) at unwanted parts and the cover film (c) at desired parts of the adhesive film together with the adhesive tape. Also provided are a process for producing an adhesive sheet comprising a singulated adhesive disposed at a specific position, and equipment for producing an adhesive sheet.
Abstract:
Provided is a photosensitive adhesive composition comprising (A) an alkali-soluble polyimide having particular structural unit(s) and having a particular structure at at least one end of the main chain, (B) a glycidylamine type epoxy compound of a particular structure, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, and (D) a photoinitiator, wherein (A) the alkali-soluble polyimide has a glass transition temperature of 160° C. or higher. The photosensitive adhesive composition has the ability to form patterns with an alkaline developer, excellent thermocompressibility at a low temperature to an irregular substrate after exposure, and a high adhesive strength even at a high temperature.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a photosensitive adhesive composition including: (A) an epoxy compound, (B) a soluble polyimide having a residue of the diamine represented by the general formula (2), (C) a photopolymerizable compound, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the epoxy compound (A) contains an epoxy compound represented by the general formula (1), and also the soluble polyimide (B) has a residue of diamine represented by the general formula (2): The present invention provides a photosensitive adhesive composition which can be developed with an alkali developing solution after exposure, and exhibits high adhesive strength in case of thermocompression bonding on a substrate, and is also excellent in insulation stability.
