摘要: Provided is a resin composition for imprinting excellent in imprint properties and optical properties such as high refractive index and low haze. The invention relates to a resin composition for imprinting containing: (A) a polysiloxane resin represented by the following formula (1): (R1SiO3/2)a(R22SiO2/2)b(R33SiO1/2)c(SiO4/2)d wherein R1, R2, and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, a C1-C12 hydrocarbon group, or a C1-C12 substituent having one or more crosslinkable functional groups, with at least one of R1, R2, or R3 being a C1-C12 substituent having one or more crosslinkable functional groups, and when a plurality of R1s, R2s, or R3s are present, they may be different from one another; and a, b, c, and d are numbers satisfying the following conditions: 0.001≤a≤1.00, 0≤b≤0.999, 0≤c≤0.30, 0≤d≤0.30, and a+b+c+d=1.0; and (B) a fine particulate inorganic oxide, wherein the ratio by weight of the sum of the polysiloxane resin (A) and optionally an alkoxysilane compound and a curable resin to the fine particulate inorganic oxide (B) is 0.2 to 2.5.

摘要: Various embodiments provide ice mitigating surface coatings and methods for applying ice mitigating surface coatings. Various embodiment ice mitigating surface coatings may be formed by hydrolysis of one or more substituted n-alkyldimethylalkoxysilanes terminated with functionalities having the following characteristics with respect to water: 1) non-polar interactions; 2) hydrogen bonding through donor and acceptor interactions; or 3) hydrogen bonding through acceptor interactions only. The substituted n-alkyldimethylalkoxysilanes of the various embodiments may include methyl terminated species, hydroxyl terminated species, ethylene glycol terminated species, and methoxyethylene glycol terminated species. Various embodiment ice mitigating surface coatings may be applied to metal surfaces, such as aluminum surfaces. Various embodiment substituted n-alkyldimethylalkoxysilanes may have an aliphatic chain that is saturated and liner or branched or that is partially unsaturated and liner or branched.

摘要: A method of creating a polymer surface with surface structures is disclosed. The method includes creating a mold, forming a metal sheet into the molds, creating a surface structure on a surface of the metal sheet by exposing the surface to laser pulses, and bringing a curable polymer to be in contact with the surface of the metal sheet containing the surface structure, curing the curable polymer, and separating the cured polymer from the metal sheet, resulting in a polymer surface containing the surface structure. The polymer surfaces with the surface structures can be hydrophobic or superhydrophobic depending on the micro and nano features contained by the surface structures.

摘要: A composite film applied to a flexible substrate, a preparation method thereof, and a product thereof are provided. The composite film applied to the flexible substrate is used for being formed on the surface of the flexible substrate. The composite film applied to the flexible substrate includes: a nano-transition layer, which is a film layer formed on the surface of the flexible substrate by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using a siloxane monomer as a reaction raw material; and a diamond-like carbon film, which is a film layer formed on the surface of the nano-transition layer by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using a carbon source gas as a reaction raw material. The surface hardness and friction resistance of the substrate can be improved, and requirements of a flexible display device are met.

摘要: Silicone compositions and related methods are provided. A silicone composition comprises a polysiloxane, a crosslinker, a water-activated catalyst, a water-release agent, and a filler. When subjected to an external stimulus, the water-release agent supplies sufficient water for activating the water-activated catalyst. A method of installation comprises one or more of the following steps: obtaining a silicone composition, applying the silicone composition to at least one surface of a substrate, heating the water-curable silicone composition, and curing the silicone composition.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to hydrosilylation curable silicone rubber compositions having polyorganosiloxane cross-linkers containing at least two or at least three terminal silicon bonded hydrogen groups and one or more hydrosilylation cure inhibitor compounds selected from multiacrylates having at least three acrylate groups per molecule. Cured products resulting from the cure of such compositions and which may include elastomeric products are also disclosed. A hydrosilylation curable silicone composition comprises: (A) one or more polyorganosiloxanes containing at least two unsaturated groups per molecule, which unsaturated groups are selected from alkenyl and alkynyl groups and having a viscosity in a range of 1,000 to 200,000 mPa·s at 25° C.; (B) a polyorganosiloxane containing at least two terminal silicon bonded hydrogen groups; (C) at least one hydrosilylation catalyst; and (D) a hydrosilylation cure inhibitor comprising a multiacrylate compound having at least three acrylate groups per molecule.
