A configuration method and a corresponding apparatus are provided, to provide a mechanism for configuring, for a RAN, a network slice supported by the RAN. The configuration method includes: sending, by a first network management device, network slice configuration information to a second network management device, where the network slice configuration information includes information that indicates a network slice supported by the access network RAN, and the second network management device has a function of configuring the RAN; and receiving, by the first network management device, a message that is returned by the second network management device and that indicates that configuration the RAN is completed.
Abstract:
A congestion state reporting method and an access network device are provided by the present invention. The method comprises: obtaining, by an access network device, an identifier of a gateway device corresponding to bearers, and reporting to the gateway device congestion state information of a cell covered by the access network device via part of bearers from the bearers corresponding to the identifier. The method mentioned above can avoid the problem in the prior art that the congestion state is further aggravated, so that the gateway device can process the problem of cell congestion more rapidly, and can reduce the processing complexity of the gateway device in the prior art.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a gate, a second dielectric layer, and a field plate. The substrate has a first dielectric layer, and a thickness of the first dielectric layer in a first area is greater than a thickness of the first dielectric layer in a second area outside the first area. The gate is located on the substrate and in the first area, the gate includes a first gate structure and a second gate structure, and the second gate structure is formed on a side of the first dielectric layer that is away from the substrate and covers a part of the first dielectric layer. The second dielectric layer covers the gate and the first dielectric layer. The field plate is located on the second dielectric layer and is disposed in both the first area and the second area.
Abstract:
This application provides a network handover method and an apparatus. Before a terminal device is handed over from a first network to a second network, the terminal device sets up a first tunnel to a first interworking device, where a communication identifier, of the terminal device, in the first tunnel is a first identifier the first identifier is an identifier used in the first network by the terminal device, and the first interworking device is an interface device in the first network and oriented toward a network other than the first network. After the terminal device is handed over from the first network to the second network, the terminal device sends an update request to the first interworking device, where the update request request to update the communication identifier to a second identifier, and the second identifier is an identifier used in the second network by the terminal device.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for determining a status of a terminal device, and a device are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by an access and mobility management network element, an access type used by the terminal device to access a network, where the access type includes at least one of 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) access and non-3GPP access; and determining, by the access and mobility management network element based on a status of the terminal device in the access type, the status of the terminal device, where the status of the terminal device includes at least one of a loss-of-connectivity state and an available-to-connectivity state. By using the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, accuracy of determining the status of the terminal device is improved.
Abstract:
This embodiments of the application provides a redirection method and a control plane network element to quickly obtain the content requested by a terminal device. The method may include obtaining, by a control plane network element, a content transmission request sent from a content server; determining, by the control plane network element based on the content transmission request, a cache node configured to store to-be-transmitted content and an aggregation user plane network element associated with the cache node. The method may also include sending, by the control plane network element, a traffic flow matching parameter to the aggregation user plane network element, where the traffic flow matching parameter is used to match a traffic flow of the to-be-transmitted content and determine a connection used to transmit a matched traffic flow.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for transmitting downlink data, a mobility management network element, an access network device, and a serving gateway. The method includes: receiving a downlink data notification message sent by a serving gateway, where the downlink data notification message includes a category attribute of to-be-transmitted downlink data; acquiring the category attribute, of the to-be-transmitted downlink data, included in the downlink data notification message; and determining, according to the category attribute of the to-be-transmitted downlink data, whether to send a paging message to an access network device. For the method for transmitting downlink data, in a process of transmitting downlink data, establishment of a bearer on an access network side can be controlled, so as to prevent blind establishment of a bearer on the access network side. As such, signaling overheads can be reduced and congestion in data transmission can be mitigated.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a congestion processing method, apparatus, and system. The method comprises: in a process of a UE performing handover from a source cell, in a congestion status, of a source access network element to a target cell, in a normal status, of a target access network element, receiving second indication information sent by a second access network element, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating a status of a second cell; sending notification information to a network side according to the indication message, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the network side to restore a status of the UE from a congestion and controlled status to a normal status. In the present invention, determining how to notify the network side and notifying the network side timely to restore the status of the UE to the normal status are realized.
Abstract:
This application disclosed video transmission method and devices. An example method includes obtaining a first video and a second video, where the first video and the second video have same content, and image quality of the first video is lower than image quality of the second video. M first video frames and identifier information of N target frames based on the first video are obtained. Related frames corresponding to the N target frames are obtained from the second video based on the identifier information of the N target frames, where the target frames and the related frames have same identifier information but different image quality. The M first video frames and the N related frames are recorded to obtain a third video, where the third video is transmitted to a receiving device, and a data volume of the third video is less than a data volume of the second video.
