摘要: A system includes at least partially autonomous vehicles, at least partially separated interconnected roadways, and a management system. Each of the vehicles is configured to cooperate with another vehicle or an area controller. The management system is configured to receive requests to transport, which may have respective start points and respective destinations. Additionally, the management system is configured, responsive to receiving the request, to assign a vehicle to fulfill the request. The assigned vehicle is configured to transport a person from the respective start point, at least in part via the interconnected roadways, to the respective destination.

摘要: A delivery robot includes a propulsion system, a storage area arranged to contain at least one item for delivery, a wireless interface, a memory device, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive, from a robot management system (RMS) and via the wireless interface, a delivery request, wherein the delivery request identifies at least the item contained within the storage area, a delivery location, and a recipient. The processor is also configured to control the propulsion system to navigate the delivery robot to the delivery location in response to receiving the delivery request, receive an authentication credential from the recipient, authenticate the recipient based upon the authentication credential, and in response to authenticating the recipient, control the storage area to provide the at least one item contained within the storage area to the recipient.

摘要: The present application provides a system for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) parachute landing. An exemplary system includes a detector configured to detect at least one of a flight speed, a wind speed, a wind direction, a position, a height, and a voltage of a UAV. The system also includes a memory storing instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the system to: determine whether to open a parachute of the UAV in accordance with a criterion, responsive to the determination to open the parachute of the UAV, stop a motor of the UAV that spins a propeller of the UAV, and open the parachute of the UAV after stopping the motor of the UAV for a first period.

摘要: An automated warehouse system can include automated pallet movers, a physical space in which the automated pallet movers operate, and a control system to provide commands to each of the automated pallet movers for operating in the physical space. The commands can include a pallet transportation command including a pallet identifier of a pallet to be transported by the automated pallet mover in the physical space, and a destination location to which the pallet is to be transported by the automated pallet mover. The commands can also include a control algorithm command that specifies a control algorithm for moving through the physical space. The automated pallet mover can be configured to transport the pallet to the destination location according to a route resulting from performance of the control algorithm, while other automated pallet movers concurrently transport other pallets to other destination locations.

摘要: A machine localization system includes a work machine including a chassis and an extendable implement, a first pressure sensor coupled to the work machine, a second pressure sensor located at a known elevation, and a computing system operably coupled to the work machine, the first pressure sensor, and the second pressure sensor. The computing system is configured to receive a first pressure reading from the first pressure sensor and a second pressure reading from the second pressure sensor, determine an elevation of the work machine based on at least the first pressure reading and the second pressure reading, determine a maximum operating height of the extendable implement based on at least the determined elevation, and configure the extendable implement to not exceed the maximum operating height.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing control in relation to multiple EVs, for example an EV fleet, are provided. A system generates charging control information for EVs based on a receding horizon optimization. The optimization may be based on EV charging goal information related to the EVs including information relating to target charging completion time, and target EV battery state of charge (SoC) information at target charging completion times. The optimization may also be based on prediction information relating to EVs predicted to become available for charging during the optimization horizon. The charging control information may comprise indications of individual EVs to charge during a given time interval during the horizon. The system utilizes various available information as well as predicted data to provide more optimal control to EVs, thereby taking advantage of previously missed opportunities for enhanced optimization.
