摘要: The present invention relates to a hotel room online marketplace system, methods, and network that enables secondary buyers to purchase subsets of hotel rooms from hotel room block owners (block owners) that would otherwise go unused and assume the same contract terms as the block owners. Such contract terms can comprise a number of hotel rooms, a price for the number of hotel rooms, a room type, an occupancy date for the number of hotel rooms, and other terms. Fees can be collected and/or paid between the hotel, the block owner, and/or the secondary buyer. The marketplace can also curate third-party digital content to enhance the offer-for-sale listings and value proposition to secondary buyers.

摘要: In one embodiment, a predictive contextual transaction scoring system receives transaction review data associated with person-to-person transactions from a marketplace, the transaction review data including feedback information relating to the person-to-person transaction. The system identifies contextual characteristics of the person-to-person transactions by analyzing the feedback information related to the person-to-person transactions. The system pairs a first party requesting a service to a second party providing the requested service by matching a contextual characteristic of the first party to a contextual characteristic of the second party. The system also predicts a transaction score for a new person-to-person transaction involving the first party and the second party, and provides the predicted transaction score to the marketplace to facilitate pairing of the first party requesting the service.

摘要: Techniques for managing data transactions are described and are implementable to enable data transactions (e.g., payment transactions) to be automatically generated in response to different conditions. In implementations, user interactions to generate payment transactions are tracked at different locations over different time durations. Accordingly, when payment transactions at a particular location reach a threshold, a data transaction record can be generated. The data transaction record can be used to automatically generate subsequent data transactions. Further, application presence across different devices can be used to generate data transactions.

摘要: Disclosed embodiments include aspects that relate to authentication of contactless interactions. Identifying information can be provided from multiple sources. A chip-embedded card can be registered to an individual and include identifying information associated with the information. During a contactless transaction, identifying information can be acquired. An individual's identity can be validated based on identifying information. A chip-embedded card can be read by a card reader at a particular location providing physical presence information. In one instance, identifying information from the chip-embedded card can be compared to other identifying information to determine whether there is a match or mismatch. A confidence score can be computed based on the amount and type of information provided. An individual's identity can be validated when the confidence score satisfies a threshold.

摘要: A service server providing a tracking service for a transportation device based on a blockchain network system is provided. The service server includes a memory and a processor. The processor receives an information disclosure request for trading, distribution, or repair of the transportation device from a first terminal of an entity holding a token specifying the transportation device or a second terminal of an organization performing trading, distribution, or repair of the transportation device as a proxy; discloses information on the transportation device to a platform providing the service based on the information disclosure request; receives, from a third terminal of an entity purchasing the transportation device, transmission information on currency at a price corresponding to the token; and transmits the token to a node managed by the third terminal and transferring the currency to an account managed by the first terminal based on verification of the transmission information.

摘要: Systems and methods for facilitating real-time item-specific application of a gift card balance to a purchase within a collaborative gift card network are described. Such methods permit restriction of gift cards and gift card balances to purchase of specific items. Collaborative systems are used to implement such methods, such as computer systems and networked computer system. Methods for facilitating item-specific application of a gift card balance may be performed using computer systems managed by a single entity as well as in distributed computing environments wherein aspects of the methods are implemented by disparate parties. Unique bank card number are associated with a promotional offer as well as item-specific information relating to authorized uses of the offer. When an offer is attempted to be redeemed, a secondary item-specific authorization check is performed in addition to a check of the validity of the overall promotional offer.
