摘要: According to an aspect of the invention, a storage apparatus, includes; a storage unit including a storage space configured to store a plurality of racks in a plurality of rows in a second direction intersecting a first direction, each of the racks holding a plurality of specimen containers in the first direction; and a plurality of movement units arranged in a plurality of levels in a third direction intersecting the first and second directions, each of the movement units being configured to: sequentially supply the rows of the racks supported by the storage unit to one side in the second direction toward a carry-in position by a predetermined pitch; move the racks in the third direction on a carry-in side; and sequentially withdraw the racks by the predetermined pitch to another side in the second direction.

摘要: An automated inventory monitoring system includes an image capture module able to create an image of an aisle of a retail store. Images of products labels are identified in the image and classified as shelf labels or peg labels. For shelf labels, an area of the shelf is defined and associated with the shelf label. Images of products are identified in the image and products on the shelf within an area associated with a shelf label are associated with the shelf label. Products located below a peg label are associated with the peg label. Based on the association between labels and products, out-of-stock products, plugs and spread may be detected and reported to the staff of the retail store.

摘要: A method for retrieving an inventory item based on a handling robot, where the handling robot includes: a storage frame; and a material handling device installed on the storage frame, and including a telescopic arm and a manipulator installed to the telescopic arm; and the method for retrieving an inventory item includes: driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator to extend to a preset position of warehouse shelf along a preset horizontal reference line; loading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item located in the preset position; driving, by the telescopic arm, the manipulator loaded with the inventory item to move to the storage frame along the reference line; and unloading, by the manipulator that is remained on the reference line, the inventory item to the storage frame.

摘要: A system includes location indicators, a central computing system, and a mobile scanning device. The location indicators transmit location signals and are arranged in a store that includes stocked items. The central computing system stores an item association table that maps location values to the stocked items. The location values indicate locations of the stocked items in the store. The mobile scanning device receives ordered items from the central computing system, detects location signal(s), and determines a first location value based on the detected location signal(s). The mobile scanning device arranges the ordered items on a display based on the first location value, scans a first ordered item, and transmits data to the central computing system indicating that the first ordered item is associated with the first location value. The central computing system updates the item association table based on the data.

摘要: The invention relates to a mobile storage system having a mobile container with an automated storage and retrieval system arranged inside. The automated storage and retrieval system has a storage grid structure having vertical members defining multiple columns, such as storage columns for storing storage bins on top of each other in vertical stacks. The vertical members are interconnected at their upper ends by a first rail system arranged to guide at least one bin handling vehicle thereon. The bin handling vehicle is configured to raise storage bins from, and lower storage bins into, the storage columns, and to transport the storage bins above the storage columns. The invention also relates to a method for providing such a system. The invention also relates to a mobile storage system having a plurality of mobile containers connected together and a method for providing such a system.
