    摘要: An order fulfillment system controller receives orders for different objects, generates a number of batched tasks that is less than the number of received orders, and determines a set of the orders with a total distance between them that is greater than a total distance between other sets of the orders. The controller allocates a different order from the set of order to a different batched task, and allocates each unallocated order to a selected batched task based on the distance between objects of the unallocated order and objects previously allocated to the selected batched task being less than the distance between objects of the unallocated order and objects previously allocated to other batched tasks. The controller controls different agents according to the allocation of different subsets of orders to different batched tasks.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for picking articles into order loading aids in a storage and picking system in which articles of a first order part and articles of a second order part are provided in different subsystems of the storage and picking system and are transported from there to a picking station. A control device defines a target article sequence in which the articles of the second order part are provided at the picking station. From that, a target order sequence is derived in which the articles of the second order part are provided at the picking station. The control device calculates a start time for the retrieval of the articles of the first order part before the articles of the second order part are sorted according to the target article sequence. A storage and picking system for the performance of the method is provided.

    摘要: A method and installation for picking items from storage units into one or more outbound units. The installation has a small parts store in which the storage units are stored, and a pick area, in which storage units from the parts store are presented at several pickup points. Assigned to the pick area is a conveyor track via which the outbound units can be moved in or out of the pick area, such that items can be picked from the storage units disposed in the pickup points and into the outbound units. The installation has a pick location, at which one or more receiving locations for outbound units and a conveyor device for storage units from the parts store are disposed such that items can be picked from the storage units delivered on the conveyor device and into the outbound units disposed at the receiving locations.
