摘要： A resin composition is provided. The resin composition includes a resin mixture, a flame retardant, spherical silica and a siloxane coupling agent. The resin mixture includes a first resin polymerized by a monomer mixture comprising styrene, divinylbenzene and ethylene, a second resin polymerized by modified dicyclopentadiene diamine and maleic anhydride, and a SBS resin. The resin composition of the disclosure may have a high glass transition temperature and a low dielectric constant and a low dissipation factor after curing.

A silicone based pulling lubricant for said cable, or alternatively, erucamide or stearyl erucamide for small cable gauge wire, is incorporated, by alternate methods, with the resin material from which the outer sheath is extruded, and is effective to reduce the required pulling force between the formed cable and a conduit during installation.

A method of manufacturing includes producing macroparticles comprising a continuous phase thermoset matrix material mixed with a thermal initiator, depositing a layer of the matrix material onto a powder bed, applying a focused heat source to the layer of matrix material to selectively cure portions of the layer, repeating the depositing and applying until a final shape is formed, and removing uncured powder from the final shape.
