摘要: The present invention relates to a tangential flow separator element for separating a fluid medium for treatment into a filtrate and a retentate, said separator element comprising a monolithic rigid porous support (2) of rectilinear structure with a plurality of channels (3) formed therein for passing a flow of the fluid medium for treatment between an inlet (6) and an outlet (7) for the retentate, in order to recover a filtrate from the outside surface (5) of the support.
According to the invention, the monolithic rigid porous support (2) defines obstacles (9) to the flow of the fluid for treatment, which obstacles extend from the inside walls (31) of said channels, are identical in material and porous texture to the support, and present continuity of material and of porous texture with the support, the obstacles (9) generating variations in the flow sections of the channels.-

摘要: The method of the present invention for making a BNNT fabric comprises dispersing Boron-Nitride nanotubes at loading greater than 5 weight % in an electrospinning delivery solution; electrospinning the delivery solution onto a collector thereby forming a mat comprised of BNNT-PAN nano fibers; and, finally removing any electrospinning delivery solution from the mat leaving a fabric of intertwined Boron-Nitride nanotubes.

providing (E1) a fibrous reinforcement (10),
forming (E2′) a cavity in a portion of the fibrous reinforcement (10),
injecting (E3) a slip comprising at least a ceramic powder and a solvent, the slip being injected so as to impregnate the fibrous reinforcement (10′) and to fill the cavity of the fibrous reinforcement (10′),
drying (E4) the obtained assembly,
carrying out a densification (E6) by infiltration of a liquid densification material and solidification of said densification material,
machining (E7) at least one cutout in the obtained blank (30) within the volume corresponding to the cavity of the fibrous reinforcement (10).-

摘要: Disclosed herein are processes for purifying as-synthesized boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) material to remove impurities of boron, amorphous boron nitride (a-BN), hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanocages, h-BN nanosheets, and carbon-containing compounds. The processes include heating the BNNT materials at different temperatures in the presence of inert gas and a hydrogen feedstock or in the presence of oxygen.
