摘要: The disclosure provides for a valve including a surface movably engaged with another surface. A coating is on the surface and is characterized by: a CoF of less than 0.1; a hardness in excess of 1,200 HVN; impermeability to liquids at pressures ranging from 15 and 20,000 psi; a surface finish of 63 or less; and a thickness ranging from 0.5 to 20 mils. The disclosure provides for material constructions including a continuous phase, including a transition metal, and a discontinuous phase, including a solid dry lubricant. The disclosure also provides for a method of depositing a coating that includes depositing a first layer of a coating onto a surface using electroplating, electroless plating, thermal spraying, or cladding, and then depositing a second layer of the coating onto a surface of the first layer using sputtering, ion beam, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, cathodic arc, or chemical vapor deposition.

摘要: A method for improving lubricating performance of lubricating oils is provided and includes: adding copper phosphate with a porous structure into a base oil, a mass percent of the copper phosphate with the porous structure to the base oil is 0.0001% ˜50%, the porous structure is one of a foam porous structure and a porous nanoflower structure. The copper phosphate with the porous structure is obtained by adding a divalent copper salt solution into an alkaline disodium hydrogen phosphate solution or alkaline phosphoric acid buffer solution and then separating a precipitate. When a ratio of a concentration of a divalent copper ion to that of a phosphate ion is 1:0.1 to 400, the porous structure is porous foam or nanoflower. The porous structure can be well dispersed in the lubricating oil for 1 hour. After adding the lubricating oil, excellent friction reduction and anti-wear is achieved.

an amount of one or more zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate compound(s);

a) a ratio of KV40° C.fresh to a weight % of zinc contributed by the one or more zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate compound(s) based on a total weight of the lubricating oil composition, of greater than 510, wherein KV40° C.fresh is the kinematic viscosity of the fresh lubricating oil composition at 40° C.; and
b) a ratio of KV40° C.fresh to a weight % of phosphorus contributed by the one or more zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate compound(s) based on a total weight of the lubricating oil composition, of greater than 560, wherein KV40° C.fresh is the kinematic viscosity of the fresh lubricating oil composition at 40° C.-

摘要: A grease composition is intended primarily for use in constant velocity joins (CV joints), especially ball joints and/or tripod joints, which are used in the drivelines of motor vehicles. The grease composition for use in constant velocity joints comprises at least one base oil, and least one thickener, at least one copper sulfide in an amount of approximately 0.01 wt-% up to approximately 1.5 wt-% of the grease composition, molybdenum disulfide and/or at least one phosphorus-free organic molybdenum complex in an amount of approximately 0.1 wt-% up to approximately 5.0 wt-% of the grease composition. Further, a constant velocity joint comprises the grease composition.

摘要: A super-lubricity water lubricating additive, a super-lubricity water lubricant, a preparation method and application, wherein the additive is of a hollow spherical shell structure which includes at least one layer of spherical shell; the spherical shell sequentially includes a first polydopamine layer, a nanoparticle layer, a second polydopamine layer and an oxidized graphene layer from inside to outside, or a first polydopamine layer, a nanoparticle layer, a second polydopamine layer, a graphene layer and a third polydopamine layer from inside to outside; and nanoparticles of the nanoparticle layer are nano diamond, nano molybdenum disulfide or nano tungsten disulfide. The additive is prepared into a uniform aqueous solution to obtain the super-lubricity water lubricant. The additive can be easily adsorbed on a dual surface, and the nanoparticles released in a friction process cooperate with spherical oxidized graphene or graphene to form rolling friction so as to reduce frictional abrasion.
