摘要: A silicone composition having an electromagnetic wave absorbing property and thermal conductivity includes liquid silicone; a high-specific-gravity soft magnetic filler having a specific gravity of 4.5 or greater; an intermediate-specific-gravity thermally conductive filler having a specific gravity of 4.0 or less; and a non-liquid anti-thickening and anti-settling agent. Furthermore, a curable grease is a two-component curable grease including a combination of a base compound and a curing agent that are used by being mixed together when used, the curable grease being to be cured by mixing of the base compound with the curing agent. The base compound is a silicone composition of the present invention, in which the liquid silicone is an organopolysiloxane having a vinyl group at an end thereof. The curing agent is a silicone composition of the present invention, in which the liquid silicone is an organohydrogenpolysiloxane.

A recovery manifold may be in fluid communication with the reservoir and include multiple recovery ports. Each of the recovery ports may be configured to receive the electrorheological fluid from a housing. A gas remover may be positioned to extract gas from the electrorheological fluid received from the recovery ports. A housing may be connected to the system, and electrorheological fluid from the system may be pumped through the housing and the gas remover.

摘要: No studies have been made regarding what kinds of refrigerants should be used in a refrigeration cycle device for a vehicle. An air conditioner (1) for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circuit (10) and a refrigerant that is sealed in the refrigerant circuit (10). The refrigerant circuit (10) includes a compressor (80), a first heat exchanger (85), which serves as a heat dissipater in a dehumidifying heating mode, an outside-air heat exchanger (82), a cooling control valve (87), and a second heat exchanger (86), which serves as an evaporator in the dehumidifying heating mode. The refrigerant is a refrigerant having a low GWP.

摘要: An extremely rheopectic sulfonate-based grease composition and method comprising adding overbased calcium sulfonate, overbased magnesium sulfonate, and a facilitating acid, using a particular type of overbased calcium sulfonate and/or methods for adding overbased calcium sulfonate relative to the magnesium sulfonate and facilitating acid to favor the reaction between the magnesium sulfonate and facilitating acid. A preferred overbased calcium sulfonate comprises benzene rings having multiple alkyl groups. Preferred methods comprise (1) adding all calcium sulfonate after adding the magnesium sulfonate and facilitating acid, (2) adding a first portion of calcium sulfonate with the magnesium sulfonate before adding the facilitating acid and a second portion of calcium sulfonate after the facilitating acid, and/or (3) one or more calcium sulfonate delay periods relative to adding the facilitating acid. The extremely rheopectic grease is fluid and pourable and only takes on a grease structure after milling or shearing.

The stabilizer comprises a first epoxide group and a second functional group selected from the group consisting of (i) a second epoxide group; (ii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with a second carbon-carbon multiple bond; (iii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an electron withdrawing group; and (iv) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an aromatic group. A heat transfer composition comprises a lubricant composition as described above and a haloalkane, such as an iodoalkane (e.g., trifluoroiodomethane).
