摘要: This method for producing a lubricating oil composition includes: a step of dissolving fullerenes in a base oil mainly composed of a multiply alkylated cyclopentane oil or an ionic liquid containing an imide as a negative ion to obtain a fullerene solution; and a step of producing fullerenes adduct by subjecting the above-described fullerene solution to a heat treatment in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.

摘要: Provided is a lubricating oil composition including a lubricating oil additive and a lubricating oil, the lubricating oil additive having nanodiamonds, of which a surface is hydrophobically modified by a surface treatment, dispersed in a base oil. The lubricating oil composition retains dispersibility over a long period of time and thus can ensure storage stability. Machines to which the lubricating oil composition is applied may have improved abrasion resistance as well as improved fuel consumption and reduced noise, and high thermal conductivity of the lubricating oil composition may also increase cooling efficiency and the service life of machines.

摘要: One aspect of the disclosure relates to a sliding member. The sliding member includes: a first sliding portion having a first lubricant placed between first parts of a first friction sliding mechanism; and a second sliding portion having a second lubricant placed between second parts of a second friction sliding mechanism. The first sliding portion has a lubricant feed port from which the first lubricant is fed, and the second sliding portion has no lubricant feed port from which the second lubricant is fed. The first lubricant contains base oil and an additive. The second lubricant contains base oil and an additive containing conductive carbon. The second lubricant contains a relatively larger amount of conductive carbon than the first lubricant.

The content of the water (11) in the water lubricant composition (10) is, for example, 90% by mass or more. The content of the ND particles (12) in the water lubricant composition (10) is, for example, 0.1% by mass or less. The water lubricant composition (10) is suitable for achieving low friction in water lubrication. A water lubricating system of the present invention includes the water lubricant composition (10) which is being used for the lubrication of a SiC member and/or a SiO2 member.

摘要: The invention concerns an agent for mixing into a service fluid for a technical layout, a concentrate for mixing into a service fluid for a technical layout, and a service fluid. An agent according to the invention contains at least one ingredient A chosen from the group of three-layer silicates, at least one ingredient B chosen from the group consisting of bentonites, pyrogenic silicic acids, and talc, and graphite.Thanks to an agent according to the invention, a concentrate according to the invention, and a service fluid according to the invention, the detachment of the lubricating film on the surfaces of working components of a technical layout that are moving relative to each other is prevented in a reliable manner. This is accomplished in particular by a smoothing of the surfaces, accompanied by a reduction of the frictional coefficient and the steady-state temperature of the working components. Moreover, it is ensured that the ingredients of the agent according to the invention, the concentrate according to the invention, and the service fluid according to the invention do not agglomerate, so that they can pass through the filters of the technical layout, such as a wind power plant transmission or an internal combustion engine.
