摘要: Disc-shaped sanding element (1) and method for manufacturing this sanding element (1) with a circular circumference with at least two layers (4,5,6) bonded to each other containing abrasive grains (11, 12), wherein these layers (4,5,6) extend at least to the circumference of the sanding element (1) in order to form a sanding edge (8) on this circumference (7), wherein each of these layers (4,5,6) has layer properties including compressibility, abrasive grain density, abrasive grain size and grain material. The layers (4,5,6) contain a three-dimensional thread or fibre structure in which said abrasive grains (11,12) are distributed, wherein adjacent layers (4,5,6) have at least one different layer property.

A polishing tool sliding on a narrow part of the workpiece includes an abrasive retaining layer configured to allow an abrasive to be retained on a surface, and an elastic layer that is stacked on the abrasive retaining layer and is configured to press the abrasive retained in the abrasive retaining layer against the workpiece. The elastic layer is preferably elastically deformable over a sliding stroke of the polishing tool, and a driving unit that causes the polishing tool to slide on the workpiece is preferably connected to the polishing tool.

The phenolic layer (120) can include abrasive particles (160). Processes for making the articles are also described, as well as methods for abrading a workpiece and improving adhesion between a polyester film backing (110) and a phenolic layer (120) on the polyester backing (110).

The nonwoven web further includes a binder dispensed on the fiber component and abrasive particles dispersed throughout the nonwoven web.

摘要: The present application relates to a composite binding agent grinding wheel, wherein a weight percentage of each raw material of the grinding wheel is: 45-65% of pretreatment abrasive, 8-20% of resin bonding agent, 5-12% of hexagonal boron nitride, 5-10% of silicon dioxide, 5-15% of ceramic powder, 6-12% of prealloy powder bonding agent, and 1-3% of boron powder. The composite binding agent super-hard grinding wheel prepared by the present application can achieve nano-level grinding surface quality when grinding epitaxial wafers, and the grinding wheel has strong self-sharpening and high sharpness. It has obvious advantages in the finishing of silicon carbide crystal epitaxial wafers, which can solve the current limitations of back thinning processing of silicon carbide crystal epitaxial wafers.
