Abstract: A composite abrasive paper has at least three surfaces which polished and ground to improve the utilization rate of the abrasive paper and reduce the cost of grinding and polishing abrasive tools. The abrasive paper comprises a first abrasive comprising a first substrate, a first stereo particle layer provided on a surface of the first substrate, a flexible microsphere layer provided on a back surface of the first substrate; a second abrasive comprising a second substrate, a second stereo particle layer provided on surface of the second substrate, a third stereo particle layer provided on a back surface of the first substrate; the first and second abrasive are connected at an edge to form a connection part, the middle non-connection part of the first substrate and the second substrate forms a sealed cavity, the third stereo particle layer is provided opposite to the flexible microsphere layer in the sealed cavity.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an abrasive article construction containing an anti-loading composition which significantly reduces loading, is coatable, is durable, and is relatively inexpensive to manufacture. In particular, the use of the anti-loading compositions of the present disclosure as a size coat at least reduces if not eliminates the need for a supersize coat, while offering comparable if not superior performance and durability. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides an abrasive article including a backing with a first major surface and an opposing second major surface, an abrasive layer bonded to at least a portion of the first major surface, with the abrasive layer comprising abrasive particles retained in a make coat. The abrasive article further includes an anti-loading size layer comprising a size coat binder and wax at least partially disposed on the abrasive layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an exemplary abrasive pad having a plurality of first elongated members and a plurality of second elongated members arranged crosswise relative to the first elongated members to form a mat having a first side and an opposite second side. The second elongated members alternately pass over and under the first members in a serpentine manner, and include a longitudinal concave region and a longitudinal convex region. The abrasive pad includes an abrasive material affixed to the convex region of at least one of the plurality of second elongated members, wherein the concave region of the second elongated members are devoid of abrasive material.

Abstract: A transport, driving or pressing belt, comprising at least one belt material having a lower and an upper face limited by two longitudinal edges and two transverse edges running obliquely with respect to the main extension direction of the belt, the belt material being closed and the longitudinal edges being folded down, and a method for manufacturing a transport, driving or pressing belt. To ensure high tensile strength over the complete belt length and avoid an edge tearing of the first belt material at the longitudinal edges, the transverse edges of a first belt material lie against each other in abutting relationship, and a second belt material is arranged centrically on the first belt material at least in the region of the transverse edges. The second belt material here nearly covers a width of 50% of the first belt material and is centrically glued with the first belt material.

Abstract: Provided are multilayered abrasive articles that include an abrasive composite having shaped features, a carrier film, and a nonwoven web, where the nonwoven web and the carrier film have respective patterns of discrete, three-dimensional protrusions that are aligned with each other. A compressible foam backing extending across a major surface of the nonwoven web opposite the carrier film. Further provided are multilayered abrasive articles that include an abrasive composite, a carrier film, and a non-woven web. The nonwoven web and the carrier film have respective patterns of discrete, three-dimensional protrusions that are aligned with each other and the shaped features and the three-dimensional protrusions of the nonwoven web have an average diameter:average diameter ratio ranging from 1:50 to 1:5.
