摘要: A water jet strengthening and polishing integrated system for blades of a blisk includes a vibration polishing unit and a water jet strengthening unit. The vibration polishing unit includes a vibration polishing bath, the vibration polishing bath is internally provided with a clamp for clamping the blisk, and vibration motors for driving the vibration polishing bath to vibrate are installed on the vibration polishing bath. Top ends of support springs are fixedly connected with the vibration polishing bath, and bottom ends of the support springs are fixedly connected with a workbench. The water jet strengthening unit includes a water jet strengthening device for carrying out water jet strengthening on the blades of the blisk and a driving mechanism for clamping the water jet strengthening device and capable of driving the water jet strengthening device to move in any direction in space.

摘要: A system provides in-situ surface processing of an engine blade within an aircraft engine. The system includes an endoscopic processing instrument with a variable-angle tubular shaft. The processing instrument is inserted radially through a lateral access opening into the aircraft engine in a non-angled initial configuration. The lateral access opening is downstream of the engine blade. The processing instrument has a rotatably driven tool holder at a distal end of the shaft for a surface processing tool head. In an angled working configuration, a tool head inserted into the tool holder is applied to a flow edge of the engine blade. Furthermore, a process uses the corresponding system.

The elastic layer is preferably elastically deformable over a sliding stroke of the polishing tool, and a driving unit that causes the polishing tool to slide on the workpiece is preferably connected to the polishing tool.

The method involves: removably attaching a component to at least one component support that is located within a vibratory trough of a component treatment apparatus, the at least one component support being a support shaft upon which the component is removably mountable within the vibratory trough; supplying the vibratory trough with treatment media; moving the component support or the vibratory trough so that the component is immersed into the treatment media; vibrating the vibratory trough to provide a substantially uniform surface treatment of the component, the vibratory trough being movable by at least one trough vibrating mechanism whose actuation is controlled by a controller in response to signals received from at least one sensor located on or within the vibratory trough; removing the component from the treatment media; and detaching the component from the component support.

摘要: A portable booth assembly for receiving a work piece to facilitate working on a work area of the work piece including a housing and an inner core disposed within an interior area of the housing is provided. The portable booth assembly includes an aperture that is formed in the housing and the inner core. The aperture is configured to receive the work piece. The inner core defining the aperture is configured to be supported by the work piece if the work piece is large, or support the work piece if the work piece is small, and isolate the work area within the portable booth assembly. The portable booth assembly further includes a cut out formed in the housing. The cut out is configured to enable access to the work area for working on the work area.

This turbine blade machining method, in which a through-hole is machined in a turbine blade with a protective film formed on a surface of a substrate, has: an insertion step of inserting a machining tool, including a grinding region provided at a tip thereof, into the through-hole with such an orientation that the grinding region faces the surface of the through-hole; and a removal step of grinding the protective film laminated in the through-hole with the grinding region of the machining tool inserted into the through-hole, to remove the protective film laminated in the through-hole.

摘要: A method for repairing a blade tip of a turbine blade based on welding below and above a designated depth recommended for repair of turbine blades. A damaged portion of the turbine blade is inspected to identify a standard cut portion and an angled cut portion. The standard cut portion is damaged above a standard cut line and the angled cut portion is damaged below the standard cut line. The damaged portion of the turbine blade is removed. The standard cut portion is removed using a first removal process and the angled cut portion is removed using a second removal process. The angled cut portion is built up with a first weld repair process. The angled cut portion is built up to the standard cut portion. The standard cut portion and the angled cut portion are built up with a second weld repair process.
