摘要: An apparatus for removing debris from under a machining location is formed of a static collection surface located below the machining location having a transition portion laterally offset from the machining location and a fluid discharge positioned above the transition portion. The fluid discharge includes a fluid source and a reservoir having an interior adapted to receive and contain a quantity of a fluid from the fluid source for a period of time. The fluid sicharge is adapted to periodically discharge the fluid therefrom so as to be guided by the transition portion across the collection surface to sweep the debris off the static collection surface towards a collection point.

摘要: A cylindrical filtration filter includes a cylindrical filter main body. The filter main body is constituted by at least two split filters. Each of the split filters has an arc shape in cross section. Each of the split filters includes a filter element for filtration and side frame bodies provided along side portions of the filter element. The side frame body of one of the two split filters adjacent to each other includes a first facing surface having an uneven shape. The side frame body of the other split filter includes a second facing surface having an uneven shape complementary to the first facing surface. The first facing surface and the second facing surface are fitted to each other when the filter main body is assembled.

摘要: A dust-proof device for machine tool worktable comprises a worktable, a worktable base, a stainless steel dust cover, organ-type dust covers and L-shaped dust-proof plates. The worktable base is installed on a machine tool bridge. The upper portion of the worktable base is provided with a U-shaped through groove. Two ends of the stainless steel dust cover are sealed by the L-shaped dust-proof plates. The upper portion of each L-shaped dust-proof plate is fixed on the lower side of the stainless steel dust cover, and the lower portion of the L-shaped dust-proof plate is fixed on the machine tool bridge. Each organ-type dust cover is disposed under the stainless steel dust cover and has one end connected to the worktable base and the other end connected to the L-shaped dust-proof plate. The worktable covers the stainless steel dust cover and is connected to the worktable base by means of bolts.

The portable booth assembly includes an aperture that is formed in the housing and the inner core. The aperture is configured to receive the work piece. The inner core defining the aperture is configured to be supported by the work piece if the work piece is large, or support the work piece if the work piece is small, and isolate the work area within the portable booth assembly. The portable booth assembly further includes a cut out formed in the housing. The cut out is configured to enable access to the work area for working on the work area.

摘要: A debris collecting rotary tool attachment for collecting debris during rotary tool use includes a shell that comprises a wall. The wall extends from a top to a bottom of the shell and has an inner face. The inner face is tackified, such that the inner face is configured to sequester debris on the inner face of the shell. The top and the bottom are open, defining respective perimeters. A fastener is coupled to the bottom and extends around the perimeter of the bottom. The fastener is configured to sealably couple the shell to a chuck end of a rotary tool. The shell is positioned around a cutting tool secured in the chuck of the rotary tool. The inner face is tackified to sequester debris generated during operation of the rotary tool.

摘要: The invention relates to a machine tool as well as to a method for operating the machine tool. The machine tool comprises a workpiece carrier (20) that can be incrementally rotated about an incremental advance axis (22) and has several carrier sides (25). A first workpiece chuck unit (26) for holding a workpiece in a first position (P1) and a second workpiece chuck unit (27) for holding a workpiece in a second position (P2) are arranged on each carrier side (25). In each angular position or incremental advance position of the workpiece carrier (20), one carrier side (25) is in a loading station (30), one carrier side (25) is in an unloading station 31, and the respectively other carrier sides (25) are in respectively one work station (32). A workpiece changing device (34) is provided, said device moving a partially machined workpiece (16a) out of the first position (P1) in the unloading station (31) into the second position (P2) in the loading station. The position change of the partially machined workpiece (16a) preferably also takes place during the incremental advance movement of the workpiece carrier (20). Preferably, the partially machined workpiece (16a) can be turned in doing so.

摘要: A machine tool has a cover structure adapted for the discharge of chips. The cover is composed of a front cover, left and right side covers, and a bottom part. The bottom part is connected to a bed through the respective lower ends of the front cover and the side covers. Further, at least a part of the bottom part includes a slope gradually inclining from the side connected to the bed toward the outer periphery. Even if the chips produced during machining adhere to members inside the cover, they are washed away by a cutting fluid and discharged into a cutting fluid supply device through a channel located farthest from the central portion of the machine tool.
